clean and well-located apartment in the city center. quality bedding and thoughtful decor baby bed and high chair appreciated! only downside: some noise disturbances in the evening due to the environment with bars and restaurants in the area but this does not concern the apartment itself. we recommend the apartment!

Our stay was great and we will keep a wonderful memory of it. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and is well located for public transport and shops within walking distance. We would only have two points to report to Sylvie which will be a plus for the rest of the vacationers. On the balcony there is a table with two chairs to have an aperitif, eat or relax but since the accommodation is for four max it would be nice if it adds two chairs. Last point about the dining room rug whose edges roll up, so you get your feet in it.

Clean, very quiet and super convenient apartment with a bathroom in each room. However, for longer stays, there is no shampoo or shower gel as written on the listing. We will go back for our next stay in Angers!

Our Fabrice hotel is responsive, very pleasant and especially available as needed. The accommodation was clean upon arrival, matched the listing and well heated. In the hyper center it is ideally located we were able to do everything on foot, with our 21-month-old baby. Restaurants, shops, buses, hiking departures, everything is doable by leaving the car. The space had everything we could possibly need. We felt very good there!

This was our second stay in Arcachon, in this same area which is very pleasant and relaxing in winter. Claire's house is perfect for hosting friends, a large family with children and you feel very good there!

The house was the same as the description and really very pretty and comfortable to stay in. Close to all amenities which was perfect we were able to do everything on foot.

We stayed in this lovely house in Noyers with two friends. Everything was exactly as advertised, the house is conveniently located at the beginning (or end) of one of the most beautiful old towns in France. We were very lucky with the beautiful weather, The truffle market on Sunday (very special) and the great paths around the village to walk the dogs. Johanna was quick to react, the house is very nicely renovated, the beds are firm and a good size, the bathrooms are excellent, the kitchen well equipped. We had everything we needed! Having several restaurants at walking distance was a big bonus!

Very pleasant accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very beautiful and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped including the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not barbecues season but it makes you want to come back!

We had a very nice stay at the gite la borie, pleasant champetre setting, comfortable house for the 7 of us, we will gladly come back.

Great location, close to restaurants, stores, l'île Penotte and a 5 minute-walk to the Halles market. 8 minute-walk from the train station. Laurent and Alice were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The views are incredible and well worth climbing 4 floors without an elevator. The kitchen is very functional. The bedding is excellent. Very pleasant stay, though it would have been nice to have basic staples like oil/vinagre and towels. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was clean and perfectly matched the photos displayed: it is very modern and nicely decorated. My kids felt right at home there, which is a real plus for us. The bedding is quality.
