Very pleasant stay in this small house with a small garden that we have especially appreciated. The place is rather quiet, certainly not directly in the center, but essential shops are very close and from there you can take a bus to go quickly to the center (we managed to do anything by foot). Charlotte is very welcoming and always willing to give advice / information / addresses. Her cat, who stayed during our stay, is very easy to live, not fierce (don't forget to close well the bedroom door if you want to sleep alone!). In short, a very satisfying experience. We recommend the host and the house (and the garden!).

Very well located in downtown Angers. Clean accommodation and very good communication with Julien who was responsive when I had a problem with the TV😊. Small negative point bad soundproofing thankfully the room is on the courtyard side.

The apartment was perfect. Very cozy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the view to the outside space which provided nice light. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay, beautiful location, very nice and cozy apartment, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, castle, ... All as described. If you sleep on the side of the square, it's best to bring earplugs.

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

We were perfect in the house, it is a large house and in a very quiet place, but very well connected to the center. Less than 5 minutes walk you can take the bus and take you downtown in 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and spacious. You can park the car inside Cédric, although he was not there, at all times he was very attentive to us and it was very easy to communicate It was a stay to be repeated
