Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Loíza

We stayed for a week here and it was the best. Tony was very responsive. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The menities was a plus. My bf had a baseball tournament so it was helpful having a cooler and chairs available to watch the games and wash and dryer for his uniform. The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals. There are two bakery near by and both are great if in a rush and need breakfast. Will definitely book again for next years baseball tournament. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Steven was super responsive and friendly no matter what questions I asked! I got a little lost at first finding the site but that was due to us using our phone maps Versus Google maps or ways once he told us that we got there easy ! House was nice and spacious they even had a pack and play for my little one that was great! I would recommend again! Thank you!

Jonathan was an amazing host. His place is amazing and the beach right at the end of the street was amazing. Jonathan reached out to me days before my arrival because he noticed I booked an infant as a guest and he wanted to know if I was interested in him leaving some accommodations for an infant like a play pen, high chair, bottle sanitizer. This made our stay much easier and was a major plus. Any time I'm back in PR I'm staying here. Beautiful home lots to do near by, short drive from airport and a very modernized and nice home. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

Not far from familiar stores, 15 mins airport, 20 mins from downtown San Juan and beach. The back yard was my favorite part of the house. Quiet area, safe and fun. Will book again

The house is in a private community and very close to many restaurants and stores and the airport. We only stayed one night, so didn’t need many of the amenities, but for people who are staying longer I would definitely recommend.

I found this place conveniently located close to Walmart and Luquillo Beach and the National Park. The house felt safe and clean, really can't ask for anything else, it was perfect. I can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!!!

Had a great stay and would definitely recommend. Just be aware of the bathroom. There is not much storage space for toiletries and is a little small but nothing too bad. Would stay again!

It’s was exactly as advertised and only had loud neighbors for 2 days but the rest of the staywas perfect. The location is a bit outside of being in a nice “neighborhood” but once inside it’s beautiful and worth the stay and would definitely come back 10/10

Roy was the BEST host yet. quick response, and very accommodating. anything I had a question about or needed, he was more than on top of things. I highly recommend staying here. Puerto Rico is a azing and Roy made it 10x better.

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick grandparent trip. The complex is lovely and very family friendly. The hosts were extremely responsive and really lovely to work with. I hope to be able to stay at their place again!

we loved the place it was clean and we felt like it was our home....2 bedrooms 3 tvs nice shower and the water does get hot....when we come back to PR we are going to stay there.

Lovely home!

We enjoyed this stay. It has what we needed and was pretty spacious. Comfortable accommodate 8. The amenities were very good. We ran into a flood issue outside of the complex due to extreme rain so it was a little hard to get in, but that's not a common occurrence. I will definitely be booking this place again. close to Pinones and Luquillo Beach. We enjoyed they stay!

Javier was a great host and has a great property. He was straight forward with what was expected, what the property was like, and how to best enjoy it. If we go back to Puerto Rico, I hope Javier’s place is available again. It was a great home base for us to hike in El Yunque and enjoy many nearby beaches. It was close enough to San Juan to enjoy that city too.

It was a pleasant stay. Very close to the beach. The lazy river is right under the balcony.

The location of the resort and this unit in particular is outstanding. 25 minutes east of San Juan gave us easy access (with a car) to shopping, great restaurants, El Yunque and Fajardo. The unit itself is the closest to the beach and the one heated pool. Coffe in the morning looking out at the waves was my favorite part of the vacation. Unit was well stocked. Had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were a great bonus. Having to park 2 buildings away was a bit of a pain and didn’t seem necessary when the units assigned sits were always open. You’ll love staying in this unit!

Very good value for the cost. The resort is a little dated, but lots of pools, beach, etc for the whole family. Parking was easy and secure. The host was very responsive and as helpful as one could be during an island wide power outage.

We rented 2 condos for 13 guests- 10 adults, 2 children, & 1 baby. The condo is exactly as the description & photos. The pools, lazy river, lounge area, basketball court, putt putt course, tennis court & beach make the property perfect for everyone! One of our favorite restaurants, El Parilla was a short walk away. The location makes it nice & easy to venture in all directions- we visited Carolina, old San Juan, Loiza, El Yunque, one of the 3 bio bays, & a catamaran day trip to snorkel. All of our outings were within a 45 min drive from the condo & the grocery was a short 15 min trip. Our family highly recommends this condo & this complex for a very relaxing vacation… if you don’t want to explore- pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, & sunglasses. Stop @ the grocery for food that you can prepare @ the condo or grab a bag of charcoal to be used @ one of the property grills & enjoy a bbq

We just got back from our stay and had a great time. Very family friendly place. The condo is at the perfect location within the complex right by the beach and one of the pools. Another great part of this experience was the great communication the hosts had throughout our stay. They had great recommendations whenever we reached out. Would definitely recommend!
