New, amazing cottage

Newly built, architect-designed cottage a stone's throw from the beach and walking distance to Løkken city center. The house was completely finished in the summer of 2023. (Some of the photos were taken during the construction process) The house is a small gem that accommodates a large, delicious kitchen-living room and a sunken living room with the most beautiful view of dunes. The house contains in addition to 4 rooms, conservatory, loft and two bathrooms. Outside there are two wooden terraces, lawn, secluded outdoor shower as well as a wilderness bath in scenic surroundings

The house is beautifully located in a quiet area with only 200m to the beach and 400m to the family park Farmfun. The house is 150m2 and consists of 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen/living room/living room and charming lounge with sofa furniture, high bar and outdoor kitchen. Width doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows for playing table tennis. Cozy year-round house used for summer house in the North Jutland resort town of Løkken. Located just 200 meters from the beach and a short walk from the city center. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with space for 6 people and bathroom. The ground floor has a kitchen, cozy living room furnished with sofas and TV, and dining room with access to terrace and garden. There is a large enclosed garden behind the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock and barbecue. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer.

Older farmhouse from the 1900s.

Older charming farmhouse that we have restored and kept the decor in retro style. Located in the middle of Bjergby's lovely hilly nature. Rich opportunities for good walks. Or pure relaxation. The house is very cozy and includes dishwasher microwave coffee maker electric kettle fridge and stove. 2.5 km to grocery shopping There is bed linen . Max 10 km to forest and beach. There is no TV. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove. Electricity meter is read at start as well as upon departure. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

“The backyard” - Annex in garden close to beach & city

☀️🏡⛱️The backyard 'In the backyard of our townhouse is a newly built and cozy annex with high ceilings. Close to beach, city and shopping, and with its own terrace where dinner can be grilled and enjoyed for the last rays of the sun. There is room for 4 adults, divided into one bedroom on the ground floor and in addition, the loft on the 1st floor. The annex has its own terrace and entrance, but contains the possibility of a “good morning” for us, as it is in our backyard 👫🏼👋🏻 Free parking on public roads.

Svejgaard guesthouse by the sea, rural surroundings

Our newly built guesthouse is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the forest and lake, close to the North Sea and Fårup. The family rooms have a private toilet/bath and have direct access to the terrace. The double rooms have a French balcony and are located on the 1st floor and have their own toilet/bath on the ground floor. Rooms share a large shared kitchen. All rooms have views of fields and forests. The guesthouse is located on a farm, we have various animals and a pottery workshop you can visit.

Lovely little house that sleeps 5. Bedroom on the first floor with double and single bed, sofa bed in living room that can be made up to 2 people. There is everything in service for 6 people, duvets, sheets and towels for 5 people. There is a dining table for 4 people. Possibly 5 person can sit next to, at the coffee table and eat The house is located in a small quiet village, where it is 5 km to Sindal and 6 Hjørring, where there are shopping opportunities. There are options to bring a dog.

Beach house in Grønhøj

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

The sound of the ocean!

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Furreby with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Large summerhouse in great style!! Built in 2023 in the best materials and with lots of cool details. Here you will find a loft at full standing height with double bed, large smart TV, bean bag and Playstation. Take a game of pool or darts in our Multirum or enjoy the weather on our large terraces filled with quality furniture and Napoleon gas grill. , 55 m2 of the terrace is covered. CHECK IN: MAY, JUNE, JULY and AUGUST only: Weekly booking and check-in Saturdays.
