The room at Sonder’s Chelsea location was lovely- clean, easy to find, and located in a beautiful part of town close to restaurants and shops. The room’s bathroom is stocked with Italian-brand Davines products, which was an elegant touch. I also appreciated that the staff were helpful with offering recommendations on local attractions and sights to see. Each morning the lobby area offers a delicious selection of pastries, jams, cheese, yogurt and more for breakfast, which was a very nice extra element of hospitality. I would definitely recommend Sonder as a wonderful place to stay while in London!

We are a 64 year old couple and stayed in the room 5 nights. Our stay was very good as the place, although small, is convenient and very clean and warm. The bathroom is also very convenient. The neighborhood is extremely beautiful, quiet and with everything one might need. But it's mostly 8-10' from Victoria Station, where you can go anywhere. Considering that it has no elevator and the staircase is narrow for very large suitcases. It also doesn't have a refrigerator, maybe necessary in the summer. Anyway for us it was great for the money we gave, Harisson very friendly and helpful so we will choose him again if we come to London again

Had a wonderful time at the Chase Lodge Hotel. It’s perfectly located a few minutes away from the town centre, parks and public transport. We had a smooth, contact-free check-in upon arrival. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We instantly felt comfortable and cosy as soon as we entered! Denise is an incredible host and was very helpful. She even allowed me to stay in the breakfast/dining room after check-out which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Denise! x

Excellent breakfast! Had specialty coffee made to order, pastries, toast, tea, eggs, cheese and meats. Loved the yogurt with granola and friendly staff. Room was quite nice, and I appreciated the AC. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Check in and out was as easy as could be. It was comforting that they had a host at the front desk 24/7. Room was quite clean. The on-suite bathroom was excellent, large and included a hair dryer and basic shampoos etc. Bed was comfortable, and the TV and everything functioned as expected.

Came for a long weekend with my GF. Would highly recommend! We’re already forward planning to book our next city break around where other Hoxton hotels are. :)

This was a lovely room and really large. It's in a perfect place close to Farringdon Station but was quiet at night.

The hotel is in a pleasant region and close to the metro. The whole staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. All very clean. All as described. I had a great stay at the London House Hotel. I recommend it.

An absolutely ideal overnight stay for us both. Beautiful space and the jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus. Excellent value for money and so easy to check in. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough.
