Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Long Bay Hills

This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

This house has a lot of space for large parties and very convenient to the beach as well as the happening areas of the town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Providenciales. Natalie was great with communication and hosting. Thanks

Bryan, provided plenty of recommendations to local restaurants, excursions and provided clear directions on how to get to the property. It was everything we needed and more. The home was spotless and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely be returning !

Ashleigh and her co-hosts were pro-active and responsive. The home has everything you need to check-out of the world and get some R&R. If you need to go to a public beach, the house has plenty of beach towels and chairs, and one of the best beaches a 5 minute walk away. I have stayed on other parts of the island, and you can’t beat this location. This is my second time staying and I can’t wait to return.

Loved this place! Relaxed atmosphere, perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach and local town. The reception helped us to arrange everything from cars to boats and massages. The New Year's Eve cocktail reception was well planned and appropriate for COVID, and the host went to great lengths to ensure we had dinner reservations for New Year's Eve considering the special COVID restrictions on the island. 5 stars, will return.

Lisa was amazing. From the time of arrival to the time we left. She was so helpful. She had ballon’s, champagne,cake and soft drinks when we arrived. She was able to tell us the spots to visit while there. She checked on us constantly. She even assisted with transportation when she could. I don’t believe there is any host that can match her hospitality. Can’t wait to visit Turks again and stay at one of properties. It was also in a great location literally 10mins from everything.

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!

It was 5 of us in total staying here and we had a very amazing time. The place looked like the pictures and everything was described accurately. Leola communicated with us and was very friendly and helpful with giving us recommendations. She was just a phone call or text away if we needed anything. It's very central to everything I did. Every place I went was 10 mins or less.. It's also about 19 mins from airport which is not bad. We had a rental car this trip, they drive on the left. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Spent Christmas Holidays with my family at the villa. Great accommodations for a family vacation. Walkable to most restaurants and very close to Grace Bay Beach. Being associated with the Ports of Call resort and its amenities was an added bonus- including having breakfast from the hotel included and a dedicated section of the beach with chaise lounges and activities. We will return!

Sebastian was great! He met us when we arrived and showed us all around the property. From what I understand, Sebastian manages other houses but owns this one. You can tell he takes pride in his property. The house was very clean and Spacious! We were a party of 13 and did not feel on top of each other. The lot is huge and pretty private. Great views upstairs of Chalk Sound. It is close to our favorite beach, Taylor Bay Beach, and another great beach, Sapodilla Beach. The pool area provided both Shade and Sun areas. Added bonus: the house is right in the flight path of PLS airport, so if planes are landing from West to East, they would fly right over at about 600-1000ft. We enjoyed the planes on pool days. No flights came over at night. I would recommend Sebastian's property.
