Everything was exactly how it appeared. Was a perfect relaxing getaway for our group. Mailou and Tanguy were phenomenal hosts and very responsive. Will definitely return!!

Great place with an amazing view. Could walk to town in 20mins. House was perfect for our group with en-suite bedrooms. The pool was great. Saul was very responsive and friendly.

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The villa was everything that we could have hoped and dreamed for. Everything that was listed in the description is accurate. Eric was always very accommodating and responsive. We appreciated the thoughtful goodies that he provided once we arrived to the island. The villa is in a safe area and we enjoyed exploring the island by renting a car. It is helpful to have at least a compact SUV in order to drive to the villa due to the steeper inclines.

We appreciate the hospitality from the owner. He went above and beyond in helping us during our stay. Very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying here as it will meet all your expectations. Denis we all Thank You in advance for your kindness and hospitality…..

Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying here. The location was quiet and peaceful but can get to many places within 10 minutes. The property was beautiful and nothing was better than having a cup of coffee in the morning and overlooking the bay. Sylvie was also amazingly accommodating and worked with us through our flight diversion and getting in late. I would totally come back again and we loved every minute!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Caribbean Rhapsody is out of the ordinary and such a stunning villa with amazing views and beautiful interior details. You have everything you need to spend a day by the pool and bbq / cook at home or on the beach / snorkeling. We enjoyed the fresh breeze day & night and were happy we didn’t need to use the ac. Communication with the host was great and check in very easy. House was spotless and the beds very comfy! After staying at 5 different villas on this side of the island we must say this was definitely the nicest and we can’t wait to return! Thank you for this wonderful 10 day vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

A few questions came up. Mike is an excellent host. Truly one of the best I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. He was just extraordinarily helpful. He knows the area, he’s invested in the area and believes in the area. And rightfully so. It’s beautiful and peaceful. This man goes above and beyond to help you with anything. Good neighbor, good manager, good new friend. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet him and enjoy our vacation with him being a part of it. Wish he managed every property I will ever visit in the future:)

Our family enjoyed a week-long stay in this villa. As soon as you walk in the door, the sunning deck + infinity pool + ocean view immediately make you lose whatever train of thought you were on. And the living room's big sliding glass wall and decoration/furniture frame it well. That "what a brain-wiping view" effect persisted through a week of excursions as we drove around in our rental car. Family members kept commenting on how much they were able to relax in this setting, and how far away their brains got from mainland worries. While the view was distracting us the whole stay, Axel (concierge) and Lydia (housekeeping) did a great job behind the scenes helping us get the most out of the island, providing restaurant lists and helping us navigate all the villa amenities. The drive into the neighborhood includes a pretty steep hill. The rental car did fine in low gear going up, and with some heavy braking going down, but I'd brace for it if you're driving. Combined with the smaller/bumpier island roads, driving is its own experience in my opinion! The two nearby beaches are enough of a vertical climb, and there are enough nearby villas/walls/obstacles that we didn't attempt the walk (or ask how we even do the walk). The drive to Friar's bay beach is quick, and a walking path connects them. This villa seems like a fortress because it needs to survive hurricanes like the monstrous Irma in 2017. The pandemic came in behind and it felt like the island is still recovering from a one-two punch to its economy. For us, the walls/gates/etc performed double duty as security. We got to interact with the French police a bit (they too kept getting sidetracked by the view!) at the end of our stay because a burglar tried and failed to gain access. It felt random and unlucky, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Axel did great recommending we close up the villa doors/windows at night and insisting on common-sense care with valuables.

The Villa is private and quiet. The pool and deck area are lovely. Great place to have a few cocktails after the beach and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious. The walk to the beach is close and easy. Tons of great restaurants in orient village which was about 8-10 minute walk from the Villa. The walk is easy, no hills. I will recommend Estelle’s Villa to anyone looking for a great stay in Orient Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and sad we had to leave. Thanks Estelle for sharing your beautiful Villa.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. We've been in St Martin several times and this is amongst the best villas we've stayed at. Perfect location near orient Bay with a postcard perfect view. And so much space in every room. The host was always responsive and friendly to all our needs. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was top-notch—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was definitely the pool! It was pristine and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.

Beautiful home with gorgeous view. If I were alone I would never leave this house. About 7 minutes to Friar's beach with lounges and umbrellas and beach caffes. Short drive to a supermarket and to everything you need on a perfect vacation. Hosts are awesome and easy to reach. Thank you for the stay. Hope to come back one day!
