Perfect waterfront 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Cape Cod style home right on the bay in the Venice Park section of Atlantic City. Awesome sunset views from the elevated deck with a 6 person Hot Tub on year round , inside has new lighting fixtures and ceiling fans in every room + Air Condition. Off street parking for 5 cars and plenty of street parking too. I’m well versed in all kinda of Atlantic City attractions and am happy to help you plan activities. Stay at one of the top ten most popular AirBnBs at The Jersey Shore! This first fl condo has been completely redone and is truly a one of a kind experience. Located 1 block from the bay and ocean this Spanish style home features 3 bdr, 2 full-baths, balcony, deck, a full mixed martial arts gym, off-street parking and a beautiful 8 person hot tub! Also, I do not charge a cleaning fee because I feel that it should be included in the price.

Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people).
