Beach house holiday rentals in Long Beach

Our family had a wonderful weekend getaway!!! As soon as we walked in the house my kids were OMG!! THIS IS AWESOME!!🤩 Michaels home felt like the pictures and views were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay!

Roys place was perfect for a long weekend getaway during the off-season. We were a five minute walk from the beach. There was a drive up coffee hut around the corner but all other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive away. The hot tub was wonderful. I liked the way the master bathroom was set up with double shower heads and separate room for the toilet. It was easy enough to get checked in and the internet worked well during our stay.

What a lovely getaway! We loved exploring the peaceful beach and relaxing in the sunroom. The beds were really comfy and the blackout shades make it easy to sleep in or take a midday nap. Jacqueline was helpful and responsive in her communication. We will definitely stay here again!

This house in Seaside was an absolutely perfect escape. The ocean and forest views from all windows were breathtaking. Such a serene, comfortable spot to relax. The house was comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the gas fireplace made it easy to create a cozy feeling. Everything was so clean when I arrived, making it easy to settle right in. 10/10 recommend this house! So clean, comfortable, and relaxing! (And the heated bathroom floors and smart toilet changed my life, looking at upgrading my own home bathroom now!) Malia is an awesome host, and has the best cleaning staff! I look forward to booking many more properties with Malia!

A very nice home in an amazing location. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire table at night, listening to the waves crashing on the beach, there is just something therapeutic about it. Deepa was very responsive and polite, I give this experience 5 stars all day long.

Wendy’s home was such a win! It’s rare to stay at an AirBnB that feels larger than the photos suggest. Wendy was responsive and flexible to accommodate a few special requests during our stay. Great home - would love to visit again!

Wonderful location, so much space for us and our Doggos! Loved the fenced yard for the dogs and the beach location was perfect!! So peaceful and private. Best Christmas getaway ever!!

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Lovely stay with 6 adults and 4 kids plus two dogs! Well-equipped kitchen, nice location across from the soccer field and indoor pool. Only complaint is we asked for the garbage to be picked up several times and it never was which meant piles of it in the kitchen for a few days.

What a beautiful home for our vacation!!! We wish we could have stayed another night! Three nights would have been more ideal.

First time here, we stayed 3 nights for our annual girl's weekend. Everything was as advertised. Price is just a little steep for such a late check in and early check out. That was the only downfall, otherwise it was great!

Overall our stay was a letdown compared to prior visits to Seabrook. My family has stayed at Seabrook many times and we have always enjoyed our time there. I was disappointed to see that if I’d booked through the Seabrook rentals website my stay would have qualified for the stay two nights get one free night. I felt very mislead that booking through Airbnb was the same as booking directly from Seabrook, especially since Top Shelf is managed by Seabrook. The door lock took many tries before the door would open and when we asked for help from guest services no one showed up for 45 minutes. There was a lot of hair in one of the showers and it looked like housekeeping missed some things that were still dirty in the kitchen. There were several lights that were burned out.

We had an amazing stay! It was clean and well-provisioned, having just about everything we needed, with thoughtful touches. Located in the Seabrook neighborhood, a nice, charming, walkable beach town with shops, restaurants and beach access, making it an ideal getaway spot.

We had a great stay in Seabrook! This house accommodated 8 people, and we were pleased with the amount of bathrooms, the walkability of the town, and the central location of this home. It was comfortable for our dogs, and we loved the hot tub!

We have stayed on many different beach town. Seabrook was the best!! So many amenities available. We wish we had more nights and will be back. So many great family memories! We parked our car on day one and never drove anywhere. So relaxing!!

Incredible stay! We came to the beach for Thanksgiving & to clam. The house was amazing. Fully stocked! Games, tvs, extras of everything (towels, sheets, pillows) we felt very well taken care of. Lots of space & rooms were great. The location was amazing! We literally just walked to town every day! The beach is walking distance as well. The house was so clean. The use of the garage was so nice too. Made coming back from the beach super easy to kick everything off in the garage.

A very inviting home, clean and spacious with nice decoration, great for larger groups. The large kitchen made cooking very comfortable. Host was very responsive, friendly. Would definitely rent again!

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

Great location and easy walk to the beach! The place was very clean and kitchen had all the equipment to cook dinner. Only thing to consider, there are stairs between the kitchen and the rest of the place which makes for a lot of up and down. I got my steps in!

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

This place was perfect with a toddler, the park was extremely close and walkable, the beach also wasn’t a far walk either although we did drive cause we had our senior dog. The house was very clean considering they allow pets I was pleasantly surprised! I would suggest having some dog bowls just for convenience (atleast for water) the beds were comfortable, it would’ve been nice to have some thicker curtains in the bedrooms cause the street lights were a bit of a bother at night time. The hot tub was extremely clean and enjoyable to use- I also would suggest a toddler gate or something for the back fence just because with a toddler and dog it was harder to enjoy the backyard space without having to keep an eye on the both of them. Regardless we would definitely book again. The cute pink appliances were a good bonus and the kitchen was well stocked besides the seasonings I would definitely bring some of your own if you’re planning on cooking.

This is a beautiful home, so cozy to settle into. Being on a private drive it was nice and quiet keeping it peaceful. The family and I had a great time just hanging out and relaxing, especially in those extremely comfortable beds. I definitely would recommend staying here, thank you again for having such a great place to share with everyone.

The location was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the morning walks on the beach were amazing. The street is quiet and neightbors are all friendly. The home has everything we needed for comfort.
