Beach house holiday rentals in Long Beach

The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is breathtaking and cozy. They accomplished the huge feeling of the house while still feeling cozy. Everything felt high end without feeling like your intruding or worrying about wrecking something. I would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfy and the location is spot on by the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee up in the crows nest and the view was gorgeous! Highly highly recommend!

Roys place was perfect for a long weekend getaway during the off-season. We were a five minute walk from the beach. There was a drive up coffee hut around the corner but all other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive away. The hot tub was wonderful. I liked the way the master bathroom was set up with double shower heads and separate room for the toilet. It was easy enough to get checked in and the internet worked well during our stay.

This home is absolutely perfect. Peaceful views of either the water or the golf course from all windows, plenty of amenities to make you feel at home, and within walking distance of the main portion of town. We loved staying here and definitely will want to return in the future!

The home was great for our large multi family trip. The location was perfect, right on the beach and down a quiet road. We loved being able to look out the windows or stand on the back deck to watch the ocean. Being able to walk to the beach from the back gate was so nice. We really appreciated how stocked the kitchen was and all the little thought out details in the home. It made our stay so easy and comfortable. We’re already talking about our next visit!

Super cozy home near the heart of Seaside. On a quiet cul de sac. Home has everything you need. Super comfy beds and sitting spaces. Plenty of room for a family of five with grown kids.

The house was very spacious and clean. The beach access was right across the street and the views were spectacular. We will definitely keep this location in mind for a future trip and will not hesitate to refer a stay to family and friends.

Love this place. Grateful to be able to bring our dogs. A wonderful place to unplug and watch the tides come and go. Our 3rd successful visit, ready to plan anorher.

Loved this place!! Had a little birthday getaway with my friends and it had perfect little seating areas and bedrooms for my 5 girlfriends and I, we had such a great time here :) Kelly was so nice, responsive, and helpful during our stay as well!

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Lovely stay with 6 adults and 4 kids plus two dogs! Well-equipped kitchen, nice location across from the soccer field and indoor pool. Only complaint is we asked for the garbage to be picked up several times and it never was which meant piles of it in the kitchen for a few days.

What a beautiful home for our vacation!!! We wish we could have stayed another night! Three nights would have been more ideal.

This is a lovely little gem of a place! The home is well appointed and great for kids. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. All the photos are accurate. Both Big Wheel House and the town of Seabrook. The location is amazing! You’re just steps from the main town drag and quick coffee run in the AM. 10 out of 10 recommend and we’ll be back!

Overall our stay was a letdown compared to prior visits to Seabrook. My family has stayed at Seabrook many times and we have always enjoyed our time there. I was disappointed to see that if I’d booked through the Seabrook rentals website my stay would have qualified for the stay two nights get one free night. I felt very mislead that booking through Airbnb was the same as booking directly from Seabrook, especially since Top Shelf is managed by Seabrook. The door lock took many tries before the door would open and when we asked for help from guest services no one showed up for 45 minutes. There was a lot of hair in one of the showers and it looked like housekeeping missed some things that were still dirty in the kitchen. There were several lights that were burned out.

We had an amazing stay! It was clean and well-provisioned, having just about everything we needed, with thoughtful touches. Located in the Seabrook neighborhood, a nice, charming, walkable beach town with shops, restaurants and beach access, making it an ideal getaway spot.

Ocean Song was perfect for our large family gathering. kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wood fireplace was also a nice touch for an extra cozy feel. We would have liked to have more blankets and the mattresses weren't the best. We still have a great time. Thanks Seabrook!

We had a great stay in Seabrook! This house accommodated 8 people, and we were pleased with the amount of bathrooms, the walkability of the town, and the central location of this home. It was comfortable for our dogs, and we loved the hot tub!

This place is a gem! Less than two blocks from town. Easy stroll to beach approach, boardwalk, restaurants and arcade for kids.

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. We had 7 people, but this home was so big, we had plenty of room to stretch out all over! We LOVED the hot tub and the game room was a hit! The two great big couches made it easy to watch TV together. The dining table was big enough for all of us. The kitchen was really well-stocked with anything you could imagine! There is a standalone fridge, and then a separate drop freezer, which was nice because we bought way too much food and it wouldn't have all fit in a normal fridge/freezer combo. We brought our 2 dogs and they had a whole fenced backyard to run around in. Note that ALL of the bedrooms are upstairs. Bedrooms were huge and looked very pleasing. Beds were very soft, which had mixed opinions in our group (some people like a firm mattress). The beach was beautiful, even on a rainy, windy March day! Our dogs loved the 5-6 minute walk to the beach and of course chasing the ball in the sand. We will definitely rent this place again!

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

Such a fun spot!! We had a great time and really enjoyed the special features of this house. It was a wonderful opportunity to unplug, spend time as a couple, enjoy nature, have adventures, have fun, and feel the comforts of home at the same time. It was a fun adventure getting to the beach from behind the house - so amazing and such gorgeous views (watch the tides before you head out so you know what to expect for the water levels). The kitchen is fully updated and stocked with resources. We were able to make nice dinners and have special experiences dining outside or inside with the doors cracked open for fresh air. Jacqulyn was very thoughtful and communicative. I shared that I had a pet allergy, so she was kind and scheduled a deep clean for me before our stay. She was responsive, proactive, available, and fun to communicate with. We have already recommended this spot to several people. You will have a great time!

We had a great stay! Within walking distance to the beach. Plenty of dishes to cook and extra towels made it easy to bathe all my children and make it easy and relaxing!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Even though the weather didn’t cooperate for long walks on the beach, the cozy living room and fireplace made for a perfect rainy indoor reading day. Michael was extremely helpful and communicative and offered great tips and recommendations. The house was very private, immaculate and the fenced backyard was perfect for keeping our dogs safe - we would definitely love to come back!

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

This house looks just like the photos and is nicely stocked. Beds and couch are comfortable, wi-fi was very fast, and it worked well for our family of 3 humans and 2 dogs. I agree with other reviews - bring your own dog bowls, cooking oil and spices. The community has a small convenience store and the bigger grocery store is about a 10 minute drive.
