Central village with stunning views and parking.

We had a lovely couple of day's stay in John's beautiful cottage. John phoned to make sure we had received the key code and to see if we had any questions. The cottage is in a superb position in the village with stunning views of the castle, the Farne islands and the harbour from the kitchen, the garden and from both bedrooms. The cottage is very well-equipped for being self-catering if you do not want to eat out at the lovely pub next door! You can park the car right outside and charge it ( if it is electric). Therefore, once you have arrived you can go on lovely walks around the island and, if you time it right with the tides, you can be there when the island is cut off, all the day-trippers have gone, and it is so peaceful. Beatrice Cottage, Warkworth.

A perfect cottage for our weekend away in Warkworth. The cottage was well equipped and the master bedroom was spacious enough for a travel cot without feeling at all cramped. The bath (and lovely bubble bath!) was a huge plus point as were the goodies we were left on arrival. Check in and house workings - heating, lights etc, very easy to navigate. Grace couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sandy Pebbles - 3 bedroom cottage close to harbour

We had a fantastic stay is Sandy Pebbles. This cosy, quirky cottage was in a great location, close to the local high street, pubs, restaurants and the marina/harbour. Kerry sent lots of local recommendations, places to visit, eat and drink. The cottage was clean, welcoming and we loved our arrival treats. Beds very comfortable. Thank you Kerry, we would love to revisit at some point. 😊

Captains Retreat - A caravan with Estuary Views

Words cannot describe how amazing Simone is and her gorgeous retreat. I took my Dad away for a little trip away as he is rather poorly and the original place I had booked was appalling! So bad I refused to stay. Thinking I'd have to take my Dad back home as finding somewhere suitable for his needs is slim picking, never mind on an August Friday night at 6pm, last weekend of the summer holidays. Nevertheless, after refusing to give up I found this gem, both in Simone and her retreat. Just what we needed . Simone went above and beyond from the second I placed the booking, she rang me straight away, said she would met us there, she had the retreat warming through for us, lights on and made us feel absolutely at home. So much so I had to give her a hug. The whole experience from start to finish was 10 star. The place is beautiful, the views are outstanding, area is perfect. My Dad is dying to go back already. And I can't wait to take him. See you soon x

Can’t fault this place! Lovely cosy 3 bed cottage with nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen, space to park outside and hot tub nice and hot! Village is close to Alnwick and other pretty villages in the area with loads to visit and explore. Paul was really quick to respond and very accommodating- thanks very much!

Ren's Retreat beach house @ Beadnell

Beadnell is one of our favourite places, small and quiet with perfect dog friendly pubs and awesome beaches. Our Standard Poodle Barney absolutely loves this place as well and get so excited as we get near. We always look out for a great location to stay and our 3rd trip this year found us at Rens place hosted by Ali. The cottage is amazing, beautifully clean and all amenities you could ever need. This is a lovely quiet location not overlooked by anyone perfect for a relaxing get away. From the moment we booked Ali was in contact with great instructions and advice - 100% awesome host! Thanks very much Ali! I was reluctant to write a review as I’d love to keep this place a secret 🤗👌❤️ We will be back in 2025 🐩😁

The GREAT ESCAPE luxury lodge with hot-tub.

Just back from a couple of nights at The Great Escape and feel as thoughtful gh we've been away for a week. Very relaxing space , friendly little pub on site. Amusements was just enough to keep the kids entertained without being over the top and taking away from the feel of the place . Cracking dark skies for star viewing in the hottub. Would definitely return.

Delightful coastal retreat in Seahouses

This four bedroomed house was in a brilliant location and very close to the beaches, pubs and town centre. The house was over three floors which helped with spacing out the two families. There was a double bedroom on the lower floor, a double with en-suite on the first floor and then a further two king bedrooms on the second floor. There is only one parking space but we found alternative parking for the second car on the cobbled street outside. The house has plenty of space and well equipped with crockery and utensils. The bedding and towels were all clean. The WiFi wasn’t great especially with no phone signal. All in all though a Lovely home in a great location.

Rural Secluded cottage

The cottage was absolutely beautiful and in such peaceful surroundings. We loved watching the birds at the feeder outside the patio doors. The woodburning fire was so nice to sit with a night. We have all agreed we would love to come back in either spring or summer and enjoy sitting outside. Having already seen deer, squirrels and so many types of birds in winter, would love to see what new animals appear. Also can't forget Wonky and Haribo who my husband loved saying hello to both mornings. Claire left some of the essentials and a nice bottle of wine which was lovely.

The house was lovely and super comfortable. The Christmas tres and decorations were great. Easily accessible from Berwick-upon-Tweed and only a 10 minute drive o go back to town. Overall we had a great time. Thanks!

As I was travelling with elderly family, I reached out to them to let them know and they went above and beyond to accommodate for their needs and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay whilst visiting family. The house was spotlessly clean & very comfortable.The house is very close to the beach, cafe and shops. Our 5year old especially loved the bath in the bedroom! Would definitely book again.
