The house of Charlotte is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tomettes and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place to stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding,sauna, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

This peaceful and Champetre accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the perch. It is perfect for 1 to 2 couples with children. Houses in the countryside

Old renovated furniture independent of our house, in the middle of a large plot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I would point out that they are placed at a distance from the dwelling and therefore do not cause any noise nuisance. The perch is an ideal area if you are looking for a peaceful setting, no neighborhood near the house; this allows you to spend a stay in tranquility and relaxation.

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. My place is close to La Loupe (8km) and Bretoncelles (8km) and about 1h40 from Paris. You will enjoy this house for outdoor spaces.
