Spectacular Lake Front Home with Best Views in CDA

Stunning Lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur D'Alene!! Three separate living areas and over 200 feet of private lake front and a private dock! The house is over 4000 sqft and there is a Gazebo over looking the water which has a full cooking area and seating for 20+. The house has been featured in numerous magazines for its unique architecture and amazing location on the lake. The living room and main living areas have 16 foot glass windows so the views are spectacular!!

Tamrak Creek Retreat

This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Find peace and quiet, or all the adventures of Lake Coeur D'Alene. If you are looking for a party house, or setting for a multifamily gathering, our home is NOT for you. Single family reservations only please. Our home has 3 bedrooms, several pullout sofas, large back deck, sun screened sitting area, gazebo w/fireplace, and a large prvt dock. 20 minutes from downtown CDA. Due to the area we cannot accommodate large parties or events. We only allow up to 8 people and 4 cars w/1 boat trailer.

Newly renovated lake cabin on Hayden Lake. Hayden Lake is a smaller, less populated mountain lake preferred by locals. Bring the family...get a group together! There are 3 queen beds and 4 bunks, one hide-a-bed. The cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people. There are 3 full baths too! There is a boat slip and 2 jet-ski slips. We have recently put in over 3,000 sq/ft of trex deck on our three levels of decks. There is high-speed Internet & Wi-Fi at the cabin as well.

Gorgeous 6,000 sqft house on 21 acres overlooking Lake Cocolalla. Six bedrooms and five full baths make this house perfect for large family gatherings. Additionally there is a large loft, media room, a spacious game room and a nicely appointed laundry/mud room. This house offers a large kitchen and an additional kitchenette downstairs.
