Holiday rentals with beach access in Loreto

The apartment is right in front of the beach, it's close to the center, so the location is great. It's pretty big, suitable for families with children. I found it clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Fabio is kind and very helpful.

The absolute plus for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the main course of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to hike, you can forget about the car. Noemi guest is ready, kind, full of advice and always available: you can see your experience in terms of hospitality. For me a "superhost"! The house is "set up" in a complete way: I found everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. Definitely a positive experience!

Excellent, clean and tidy accommodation in a very quiet area with sea within walking distance . Nearby supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Marotta is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the sea, avoiding the chaos of the most renowned places. Ideal for those with children.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Everything corresponds to what was written by the host Paolo, very helpful and kind; priceless parking inside the building and the possibility of going to the beach crossing the street; for the refreshment there is only the embarrassment for the choice, but surely to try is the Festa restaurant also suitable for celiacs.

We are a family with 2 children aged 3 and 8. We stayed for 14 days in August 2024. Great location of the apartment for access to the sea, for the convenience of finding parking or looking for a restaurant, a little less due to the proximity to a food store (supermarket about 1.2 km away from home). Clean, well-furnished, and well-kept apartment. Laundry space on the balcony is extremely comfortable and well-structured. Friendly and very kind host. Functional kitchen equipped with every furnishings. We'd love to come back in the future! It was a nice vacation.

The view of the beach was stunning; the home was very comfortable, had super cool features, and was clean, and the host was terrific. I highly recommend it even in the off-season.

We stayed here over NYE 2024/25 with our 5 month old baby. The apartment is perfect for a small family, with everything you need for a small baby. Rafaelle was proactive and responsive in communicating with us. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and clean. The hosts are generous and warm. The only thing we found we wanted was a couple of extra utensils for cooking - a wooden spoon and a spatula would have been ideal. Everything else you need in a kitchen is provided and in excellent condition. We hope to stay here again in the Summer. Ancona is beautiful and we recommend this apartment!

Thank you, Leandro! Nice stay. Not very far from the main beaches, also like 30 min by bus from Ancona. The place is very clean and just in the centre. 5 min from everything: cafes, a supermarket, 20 min from portonovo. Sirolo is a nice cozy village, with lots of stuff going on during summer, like a local art and craft market, evening dance in the park, concerts, etc. Lovely place to stay. I highly recommend. PS there is a slight problem with the internet. But it's everywhere in Le Marche region. I guess because of the mountains or whatever. But it was not a problem for us. It was vacation, after all :)

We rented a large ground floor apartment at Serafina in Senigallia, in a house standing on a hill. The hill reaches all the way into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We stayed here for the second time and felt right at home. This is Serafina and her husband Francesco, thanks to their warmth and hospitality. We are happy to come Senigallia because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Mrs. Stefania is very helpful, she recommended many beautiful places to visit. Very nice apartment with everything you need. We felt right at home.

Dino is very responsive and lovely. He is always on the lookout for anything and wants to attend to all the needs of the people staying in his condo. It is a 10 of condo, clean, tidy, comfortable and very welcoming. San Benedetto del Tronto we loved it, it is full of beautiful shops with a very quiet atmosphere, perfect for disconnecting for a few days. I recommend it to everyone, especially the condo! Thank you Dino for making it easy for us and providing this little stay. 💓

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

I had a great time with my family, in the accommodation. It is equipped with everything you need in addition to being very spacious. The view is beautiful.

Lovely apartment close to beach and lots to do in Grottamare

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, newly built, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything. Very clean and fragrant apartment Friendly and helpful host, responsive in communications. The complex in which the apartment is located is very nice, practically facing the sea and within walking distance of the center. We used and really appreciated the outdoor patio. We had a great time and if we have the chance we will definitely come back. The only thing is that the window of the room faces a passage porch and despite the heavy curtains that the host has installed to reduce noise, they still feel a lot. It was not a problem for us because having stayed out of season there was really few people and so after 11 pm no longer happened to anyone. I recommend considering this aspect maybe in the summer season, especially if you have light sleep or with young children.

The apartment is beautiful, brand new, furnished with care and very tasteful. It perfectly matches the description and photos published on the site. The area is quiet, a few meters away there is a large supermarket and, walking a little, several shops. Francesco is very kind and helpful, he was the one who gave me the keys and gave me all the instructions.
