Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Los Angeles County

Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

Had a very fun stay for my birthday! Instructions on how to get in and find designated parking spot was very informative and even came with pictures. Overall great experience!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

L’appartamento è stupendo, ci si sente a casa. È ben ammobiliato e ha tutti i confort necessari. Il vicinato è molto silenzioso e la zona tranquillissima. C’è un supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di Kali perché era tutto perfetto.

Great place, just as pictured. Fred is responsive and friendly. It took us a while to navigate the building (there are many buildings in the complex), parking, and the check-in instructions. Once we understood the lay of the land it all went great.

Such an awesome house! The ping pong table is a big hit with our 8 yr old boy, 9 yr old girl, and 11 yr old girl. Everyone loves the dart board and the outdoor movie projector. It’s a dream house.

Very spacious! This was such a great home to host my family for the weekend. Great location with lots of local entertainment and great views around the city. Walkable to distance to many local restaurants and the beach. The host Shelly was excellent and very friendly. I would definitely recommend and rebook if the home is available in the future.

Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

Paul was fantastic. Our original Airbnb cancelled minutes before check in. Paul saved the day. His house was far superior in every way to what we would have had. He not only saved the day but gave us a fantastic experience. Would absolutely recommend!!!!

Marteese is a great host!! The house was just as beautiful as pictures showed. Extremely clean and in a great location! Communication was as great. Would definitely stay again!

Sonny and Teeng-Ting’s place was amazing. They really went the extra mile to make you feel at home. The bed was absolutely amazing. So comfortable and a godsend after very long days at Disney. They even made the kids room homely with stuffed toys and my daughter loved it. The games room and Jacuzzi were a nice touch and I wish we had more time to use it. The only thing that concerned me was some of the windows did not lock. However, I secured them with some dowels from the hardware store. Overall I would highly recommend these hosts to future guests. Disney was very close and the place was wonderful. They provided everything you could possibly need including a blender which was great.

Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

This was the most cozy AirBnb we've ever stayed in. I think between the comfy couches and how well decorated it is made it feel very home-y. The house was stocked with cleaning supplies and towels so we never felt we were in need. Hangers in every closet! We only wish it hadn't been rainy on our trip so we could have enjoyed the ping pong and movie theater inflatable screen in the backyard. The Super Bowl was on while we were there and the living areas provided great experience for the game. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes from the 405, 5 minutes from Westwood, got to Miracle Mile in 10 minutes....just a great neighborhood. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine renovierte Einheit. Dadurch war es auch modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Resort, welches viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet und super gut belegen ist. Durch das Resort hat man vor Ort leicht die Möglichkeit für den Check-in oder nach Unterstützung zu fragen sollte man etwas im Apartment benötigen Es sind genügend Parkplätze verfügbar und der Parkplatz war auch im Preis inbegriffen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Crystal Cove ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die rutschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

Nic was a great host and very responsive overall. The location was okay, a bit noisy at night being in Hollywood. The neighbors in the apartment building were also very noisy at times. Overall the apartment was in a convenient location and the including free parking was very helpful! Would highly recommend if you plan on staying in the Hollywood/West Hollywood area.

Me and my fiance LOVED staying at this cozy apartment in long beach. The location is perfect for exploring all of LA. On the days we didn't feel like going far or driving, it was great to hang out and explore the local restaurants/attractions. It had everything we needed, and the right amount of space. The host Jeanette was very responsive and helpful throughout everything. The parking wasn't as far as I thought it'd be, although having free parking alone was a great perk. Super cozy apartment, with a nice balcony view. I loved that this apartment had sun blocking curtains,as other rentals sometimes have none. I'd greatly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay,not too far from DTLA but also just far enough to have some peace. There are plenty of things to do nearby and the area itself seemed pretty safe. The host being attentive left a good impression on us as well. This is deff a rental we will be returning to on our next visit.

the space was better beautiful. i absolutely loved the area. the check in was super easy and the space looked just like the pictures. the host was kind and friendly. he answered every question i had. would definitely recommend staying here if needed to in the area.

I stayed at Bella & Alan's apartment for a few days and had a great experience. The hosts were super friendly and provided clear instructions on how to get there, along with a helpful guide to the complex and its facilities. The apartment complex is new, clean, and well-equipped—with a great gym, swimming pool, and a BBQ area. There's also a supermarket right on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven just across the street, which is super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and actually more spacious than I expected. You can even head up to the rooftop to catch a beautiful sunset, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to LA!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.
