The place as it is in the photos, with a good location near a supermarket and airport. Clean place and especially the host is very thoughtful and attentive. A recommended place.

The place was wonderful, we really had a great time, it is a little far from the beach but it’s a nice place, if you rent this place make sure you rent a car as well because uber doesn’t go inside the residence nor taxi without a code. Roque was very helpful and understanding whenever I need help with the house he was there for me. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! It is truly one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed in. The house is outstanding. And the neighborhood is fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. We were a party of six, with two eight year-olds. They really enjoyed the pool and the house. It is extremely comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house is spacious, airy, and bright. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. It is also super clean, which is extremely important to me. It has all of the utensils that you will need to cook and clean. The house is located in a gated neighborhood, with beautiful homes. It’s an excellent place for families and even just friends. There’s a beautiful church there and within walking distance to the shopping area that has great restaurants. You will see people walking in the evenings to this shops. You will also see a lot of people just walking in general. We love this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Carlos ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful villa. I came to share with my family and we all had a great time. We could relax and have a lot of fun. We loved that the villa is located 4 minutes from Downtown Punta Cana because we were able to enjoy many activities. We will be back very soon ! I will recommend it to my friends

The place was absolutely beautiful and host was super friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the best part but the size of the TVs and the perfect kitchen was also a bonus. The location was pretty close by to everything we needed also. Price of electricity was super affordable and not a problem at all. Totally worth the stay. The local dogs were cute also, we made sure to feed them. There is a mama and puppy along with a male that live down the street to the right that I wanted to take home so badly. If u are an animal lover like us please make sure to grab some food at the nearby store and feed the local dogs.

What a beautiful home! I have to say that out of all the airbnbs that I have stayed this is the one that felt like home. It was very clean! This property has very beautiful and well distributed living space. The back yard and pool were also very nice and we spent most of the time there. Very cozyyyy!!!! And also, one of my fav things while we were at this property was Karina. She is a lady that is at the property and took very good care of us and kept everything cleaned and organized.

I hosted my first ever group retreat at Maria’s Villa for my company Keep Me Curvy. We had an amazing time and each of the guests loved the Villa and how well presented and gorgeous it was! Any issues we had re: maintenance were resolved straight away either by Maria, the housekeeper Elidza or a member of the concierge team, we were truly well looked after. We also had the pleasure of hiring a chef who was amazing! The food he cooked was excellent! We were also given a local driver who drove us around for a very reasonable price. The location was safe and secure as it is a private village with security and checks at the gates. The villa itself was cleaned daily and the pool was also maintained regularly. As our group was flying in at different times we asked Maria if she could facilitate an early check in and late checkout which she kindly arranged. We used $26 usd over our electricity fee which Maria kindly waived for us. Overall a 5* experience, highly recommend. Thank you!

Spent a week with friends and family. The owner had everything in order before we got there and was super responsive when we needed something.

The place was so beautiful and in an amazing community. We had access to everything in the country club and our villa manager was so helpful with everything. The house was really clean and I liked that someone would come clean the pool every morning. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone going to punta cana and would definitely come back myself!

We enjoyed an incredible stay 6 day, 5 night stay at Carmen’s home. Long before we arrived, Carmen kindly helped us sort out in-house massages, provided recommendations for a local driver, as well as plans to celebrate NYE. The home was absolutely lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out, relax in the pool or simply enjoy the sun. Noel, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet. We were grateful to have her reset our rooms daily, help with laundry, and make sure we were cozy. Her morning coffee was an extra special treat too! I can’t think of a single thing that I would change about our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to relax in with some friends, I highly recommend.

The experience was amazing, the villa looks exactly as the photos, everything was clean, the bathrooms and the kitchen were in perfect conditions and the beds were comfortable, the location is also great because is really close to coco bongo, malls and the beaches.

The location is excellent, close to everything you need, with easy access to the beach, ideal for those who love the sea. The pool is spectacular, always clean and perfect for the day. The house is super-complete, equipped with everything you need: personal hygiene kit, first aid kit and a fully functional kitchen. Absolutely nothing is missing to make you feel at home. In addition, the host was very helpful and friendly, always ready to help and make sure everything was perfect during our stay. I recommend this place without hesitation, it is ideal for both families and groups of friends. We will definitely be back!
