Very good equipped townhouse, with a big terrace right over the pool (very sunny), in a very green and quiet "urbanization" Miraflores2. We have air-conditioning in every room. No windows of neighbors in the front of the house. WiFi, SmartTV. So, there is everything for the feeling "like at Home". The biggest shopping center in the area Boulevard La Zenia is within a distance of 15 min walking. Beach Playa Flamenca is also in 15 min of walking time. Private parking place inside of the complex.

Beautiful 220m2 Villa, private pool, great views!

This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) is located at the Las Colinas Golf & Country Club in the Alicante province. The brand new design villa is in an immaculate condition. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool and a large terrace space. It offers a scenic views over the golf course, green hills and the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

Villamartin house in beautiful location

Our cosy and modern bungalow is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There is a solarium with stunning views to the sea. It is walking distance to a variety of bars, shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches just a short 10 minute drive away. A car is advisable. Please note: Due to a change in the law by the Communidad de Valenciana, all Airbnb hosts in this area are only able to accept bookings for 10 days or less. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

Cabo Roig Apartment. The perfect holiday location.

Please note Airports - Murcia 35min - Alicante 35 min. Apartment Sea Feliz is a first floor holiday home. It has its own large, private roof solarium, with views to the sea and has a built in BBQ and sun loungers. There is also a south-facing balcony at the front of the premises with table and chairs. The EEC Blue Flag Beaches at Cabo Roig are 15-20 minwalk, 2min by car, away or with a wide variety of restaurants and bars 7 minutes walk away on the famous Cabo Roig Strip.

You will love it in our extraordinary, beautiful, modern ground-floor corner apartment. We have a large private garden with fruit trees, sun from sunrise to 8 pm, and shadow if desired. There is a patio with adjustable glass curtains. It is a direct entrance to the 18 m. pool through the garden via a gate which can conveniently be locked if you have small children. There are three bikes and an easy ride to shopping, and several beaches. Short walk to restaurants.
