Great Santa Barbara get away! House was in walking distance to the beach and had everything we needed for a great girls weekend. Walkable into Downtown as well. Beds were cozy and the yard felt very private.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

We had a wonderful stay! So many nice touches, a clean and cozy home and backyard. Many hiking trails, beaches and easy access to downtown. Enough space for a family of 5 and a dog. Just a really great experience, we will definitely be coming back!

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

This house was perfect for our family. All the rooms are on the top floor and living space on the bottom floor. The beds are really firm but not terrible. The kids loved going in the Jacuzzi and having the garage space and outdoors to ride their scooters and use their toys, and we felt good about them being safe since there is a gate at the street. It is so convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, etc. That is the major plus about this house -- the location! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group. We spent the majority of our time in Santa Barbara with friends for their wedding but enjoyed coming back here in the evenings to use the pool and hot tub. He had plenty of towels for us to use. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t use the kitchen much be it looked like they had everything needed to cook.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. My fiancé and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Shelby’s place. The location is ideal as it is close to everything and in a great neighborhood. The home has everything you would need and Shelby makes sure to provide everything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved how it was decorated and the attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the Nespresso coffee, the comfortable seating in the front porch and the lovely backyard. Will definitely look to book here again for future stays.
