Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lostwithiel

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

The best views and location! We loved our stay at 12 Brendon Court, amazing views of the sea AND fantastic location! The surf was never far away with Fistral and Towan only a short walk away. For apres surf, coffee cake and town are also super close. The flat has everything you ever need and the wifi is really good! Make sure you book the sauna on Fistral, it’s magical! Best holiday ever, who would have thought, in February in Cornwall!!

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Absolutely lovely nights stay in Sally’s apartment, everything was great and it was a lovely clean apartment. I loved the private gate and parking as it ensured a secure stay and I didn’t need to worry about leaving the car! Sally was also incredibly responsive and helpful with everything. Would definitely stay again!!

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

This was our 2nd stay here. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much . Views are beautiful. Accommodation was excellent. Definitely come again and recommend

My partner, Kevin & I (plus our dog, Jakey) had a fabulous 2 night stay in Little Anvil. This was our first visit to The Lizard Peninsula & this accommodation was in a perfect location to explore all the places we wanted to see. Lori & Tim have made this accommodation SO cosy & welcoming. The decor was really tasteful - vintage / French chic / farmhouse style; the bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows, and the location was really peaceful. We also appreciated the biscuits & milk left for us, plus a vase of fresh Tulips. We also enjoyed using the quality toiletries, which included the Faith In Nature brand which I love. A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

My family and I had the best weekend in Plymouth! Daryl’s house was beautifully decorated with all the home comforts you could hope for. The open plan kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything a family of 5 would need. There was a welcome package containing a bottle of Prosecco, some chocolate and milk which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The bedrooms were also spacious and beautifully decorated and we used the sofa bed in the lounge as an extra bedroom. The garden was a great space with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. We discovered a short woodland walk nearby which was perfect for the dog and found the neighbourhood to be quiet, peaceful and the neighbours friendly. Communications with Daryl was helpful and friendly. Overall we had a superb stay at The Squirrels and would happily return.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

First time staying at an air b&b and we had a great stay! Flat was very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The flat was bright and beautifully presented and just like the photos. It was very quiet and peaceful in the flat during our whole stay and we had plenty of space for the three of us. Our host was great, great communication and very friendly. Very short walk to the sea front. Shops weren’t too far away, we walked everywhere. Not far from the harbour and aquarium, location was perfect for us. Wonderful. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Plymouth. Highly recommended, many thanks!

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.

2nd time we have been here and wasn’t disappointed when we chose to come back!

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.

We had an amazing midweek stay, thought it was very good value, even out of summer holidays loads to do and open your door and you’re overlooking the beach. Apartment was spotless and even on the rainy days we loved just using the boardgames and enjoying the comfort! Very friendly and helpful hosts, hopefully we can stay again!!
