The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you in,inside or old paving, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a big adjoining park.

Our cottage offers the charm of a Perigord house with all the comforts needed for an ideal holiday (swimming pool, tennis court...) In a bucolic setting conducive to rest, our cottage accommodates 4 people with the possibility of adding a mattress for 1 additional person.
