We needed a place to stay with our children and mother in law to spend Christmas next to my family and we found Marie’s house ideal! Photos match perfectly the place and evrything is very fonctionnal. The house has a lot of character, we loved the beautiful staircase and the glass platform ! We found the place very homely and ideally designed so my mother in law had her space and we had ours. The only point which was not matching in the ad before booking is the street on the Airbnb map. After booking, once I got the final address , we realised we were in a busier road than we originally thought. It remains calm at night. We will book again if we need a bigger space again to visit my family !

Excellent second stay. Eric is always so welcoming. We were able to enjoy the pool and its spa which did not exist during our first stay and which are very pleasant. The accommodation is always pleasant and flooded with light with a superb sea view. Comfortable and quiet. Everything is confirmed at the listing. Excellent bedding!Nearby beach. A place that we keep for a third time!

Very cozy independent accommodation. A door rather than a curtain to separate the bedroom from the bathroom would be a plus! The pillows were a little too thick for my taste, but the mattress was perfect. Thanks for your hospitality!

We stayed 5 days in Dinan and were charmed by the city and delighted with the location of the apartment. We felt at home in the apartment. Everything is clearly stated by Julie which allowed us to have perfect autonomy. We recommend this home warmly. I would also like to take advantage of this review to recommend the restaurant l 'Antre nous, rue Haute voie 20, which is excellent.

We had a fantastic stay! Sandrine's welcome was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised by the many small touches, like the chocolates upon arrival. Also, the wide range of coffee offered was really nice to get our days off to a great start. The gite was very clean and has all the amenities. We would would highly recommend this place and would be happy to go back. Once again, thank you for everything!

Very nice quiet house in the countryside. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. The bedding is of good quality. A few minutes from Fort la Latte and Cap Fréhel. We spent a weekend with 11 people, without feeling cramped. Claudine is a discreet host and responsive to messages. I would recommend it in a second.

A great stay.Jeannick is an extraordinary person,just like her husband. A welcome with open arms,this place so quiet,where one can discover their animals, dains, peacocks, etc.,very enriching ,for young and old. We had a great time at Stephane's home. Thank you again, welcome guests. The house is amazing. Everything was perfectly clean. The bedding is perfect. Feel at home. Nothing to say but that we would like to come back.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Veronique's gite. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt right at home straight away. The landscaping is lovely and well maintained - I took away some ideas for my own garden! - and it is situated in a really peaceful spot. We loved sitting watching the birds flying from the eaves of the roof over our heads in the evening and watching the sun go down. it was a great idea to have places to eat at the front and back (there's a bench in the secluded front grassed area for evening meals in the sunshine, which we were lucky enough to see a lot!)) The pool looked very inviting, though we didn't use it on this occasion as we were swimming in the sea most days at beautiful, quiet beaches like Damgan, Kervoyal and Penestin (all only half an hour drive away) All-in-all a perfect holiday - one of our best ever - and we would love to return! Thanks again, Veronique (and apologies for our limited spoken French!)

The gite was large. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with Netflix TV. Downstairs dining table, bench, kitchen, shower and a separate toilet. Parking the car next to the cottage. Reception and goodbye hassle-free. There is not much special to do in the immediate vicinity. Centrally located for visits to Brittany's sights by car. Definitely recommended.

Thank you Nelly and Yann for your welcome. Great place, well-equipped, quiet environment. Pond located right in front ideal for fishing, walking, children's play structure. In the accommodation many amenities, crib and chair, children's games inside and outside. The little plus animals sheeps and goats. Very welcoming hosts, what a nice garden with all animals. The house was perfect for the 3 of us with our baby. a real pleasure to have been able to spend a week in this beautiful place. Thanks again for everything Marie:)
