We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Easy parking. 30sq meters app + 10 sq meters balcony. Orientation - South, sunny side. Sea View! Two minutes walking to the beach with a beach bar! Two minutes walking to the the brand new Pula city swimming pool. 5 minutes walking to the Veruda market and 7 minute walking to the bigggest shopping center in Pula, Max City. Good restaurants in area + a restaurant in the ground level of the building. Center of Pula is about 15-20 mins walking. Two bicycles (M+F) included in the price.
