Holiday rentals in Lower Kingswood

Amazing stay at this location - surreal beach setting and an incredibly spacious and clean house. Comfortably fit 7 of us in separate beds, very clean, local supermarkets, quiet surroundings and a great spot for a rest and recovery.

We had a lovely Easter break. Caroline had left a little chocolate egg hunt and we also enjoyed collecting eggs from the hens in the morning. The cottage is cosy and warm. A beautiful part of the world - close to the South Downs and the beach.

We had such a lovely stay at Leon and Dahlia’s place. It’s the most beautiful house, with stunning interiors and everything we needed. Hosts were lovely, responsive and very thoughtful. We were visiting Willows activity farm nearby and seeing family, but given the brilliant location, we spent a lovely day exploring St Albans too. Thank you!

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! We needed a place to stay not to far from the main railway station. We wanted to be able to prepare some meals for ourselves. This apartment worked out very well for us.

We had a truly wonderful retreat at the ÖÖD House the design of the house is incredible—being inside feels both cosy and luxurious, yet you’re completely immersed with nature. Watching the birds, ducks, and other wildlife so closely was such a special experience. Even though the weather wasn’t that great, it didn’t affect us at all. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The shower was fantastic, and the hot tub was absolutely perfect—hot and relaxing. We also had a lovely barbecue and spent time feeding the fish right from the deck. There were plenty of them, and they would come right up to be fed—it was surprisingly therapeutic and calming. Overall, this was a very unique and memorable stay. we enjoyed our time and would definitely love to return.
