Just steps from the door enjoy a hike, bike, x-country ski or snowmobile ride on the new ADK Rail-trail. The Saranac Waterfront Resort is right behind the house. There’s a great view of the Winter Ice Palace too!

Situated on the edge of town we offer 700 sq ft of living space with in-floor heating and bright interior. Outside we have a covered porch with comfortable chairs to relax on hot summer evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked with a separate dining area. Bathroom features a walk-in shower and laundry. Bdrm has a pillow top, firm King mattress with premium linens, second bed is a Q foam floor mattress with linens (see picture). Pack-n-play available. Entire place is yours alone.

Third floor non smoking apartment . The kitchenette contains a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster oven,Keurig coffee maker. Private bathroom, off street parking for one vehicle only. Additional vehicles must be parked in the village lot. Access to a hot tub and gas grill. Close to downtown,10 miles to Lake Placid, plenty of outdoor recreation such as hiking and kayaking nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

Village Cottage

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.
