The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Beautiful beach town apartment for 5 people

Our trendy beach town apartment is open for rental this summer. Beautiful, modern, comfortable holiday home for one big or two small families. We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.

This lovely farm, originally dating back to 1861, but restored during the years, consists of a Tuscan style villa and other 3 independent buildings. The apartments (mostly on the ground floor, but some of them on the first floor) all have a private terrace or sitting area, they are very comfortable and have been wisely renovated in respect of environment and of clients’ needs. Swimming Pool and children pool with view. Large green Park. Barbecue. Wi-Fi. Washing machine.
