Cozy apartment, ideal for families in the diamond area. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, washing area and a small terrace. Excellent amenities: 5 pools, one with slide, playground, cinema room, gym, playroom, tennis and padle court, steam and sauna, massages, 24-hour security. Well-equipped apartment, ideal for long stays (everything you need to be at home, in case you want to leave we have several amenities and the space is very comfortable), with wifi, on the ground floor, without stairs, very accessible🏢, with swimming pool💦, large green areas🌴 with desolado and beds😎. Excellent location, 🏝️ a few steps away you are very close to the Oxxo and shop 3B, 5min walking the Chedraui Select, Forum Imperial and 10min drive from the Airport ✈️

New floors and furniture, minimalist, next to the pool, from the window you can see your parking lot, entrance to the condominium with control, main door with digital plate, custom integral kitchen, mosquito nets in fans, closet and work area in both bedrooms excellent for the home office. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the secondary bedroom has a double bunk bed, fans in each area, 01 full bathroom, laundry room and clothesline
