Bright apartment on old town island

Euer Zuhause: Ein lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Apartment über den Dächern der Altstadtinsel. In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

THE SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED ENERGY PRICES ARE PRICED IN FOR 2022!!! So far everyone said it was very relaxed, modern and clean :-) Great communal kitchen with 2nd apartment - plenty of space/workspace. However, the new conservatory (not part of the tenancy) can often be used by arrangement. Beautiful outdoor area on the outskirts. NEW from 6/23/2020 Fireplace !! Wood will be delivered cheaply on site Bicycles are available at a fee.

Beautiful, central and quiet!

Our ecologically built duplex apartment (2010) convinces not only with the central location, but also the processing of a lot of wood and the large windows give it a distinctive charm. The sun can be enjoyed with a cup of tea both in the kitchen overlooking the countryside and on the balcony from the top. Or is you more after a hot rain shower and then cuddle on the sofa? Perfect location between university and center

The 35qm apartment is perfectly located in the requested area called "Rotes Feld" close to the university, the "Kurpark", the city center, Vienna Cafe, ALDI and biological market. All destinations can easily be reached by foot, you could as well rent a bike (5 € per day). You´ll find wlan, internetTV, your own parking space in front of the apartment and a little terrace in the backyard for your own use.
