A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Lake, WiFi, email or mobile Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theater, Tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

Detached small house with about 70 sqm Living space for about 3 people and about 1300 square meters of fenced garden, please make the dog owners request in advance and plan an additional 8 euros per day. Leisure activities: Flaeming skate (bike+inliner) approx. 150 km distance length, Fläming Therme, Tierpark. Train connection and city center from the house can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Berlin and Potsdam about 30-40 minutes by train. Spreewald, Tropical Island for about 1.5 hours.

Ancient cottage in village close to Spreewald

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...
