Located at the foot of Bredon Hill with easy access to Cheltenham, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. No.1 The Cottages is a 16th Century Thatch beautifully restored and furnished in its owners unique, quirky and comfy style. The galley kitchen is fully equipped, the flagstoned lounge is complete with a log burner and the main bedroom has a kings size bed and feather everything!. Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.
