The place was beautiful, peaceful and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house itself was amazing with everything and more that you would need in the kitchen as well as outdoors. Anne is a wonderful host, our family went to celebrate my and our sons birthday and was greeted with a lovely letter and toy for our sons birthday as well as some treats to make us feel right at home. Highly recommended and hope to be back soon!

Excellent property for larger families or someone looking to be surrounded by nature! Unique house with extra amenities like basketball, badminton, pickleball, swimming, and more. Great place to unwind and rejuvenate. Fantastic proximity to Lake Naconiche and Nacogdoches. The location relative to the city of Nacogdoches and Stephen F Austin is a huge plus. Definitely will seek this property out in the future when staying in the area.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

I had family visiting from Florida and we stayed at the Vacation Farmhouse. It's a beautiful home and we absolutely loved staying there. I highly recommend this rental for large groups. There is plenty of room for everyone. I live here locally so I'm hoping to rent it again this summer so we can enjoy the pool!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. If you need anything she right there to get it. Everything is neat and clean and ready to welcome you. Can't wait for our next trip there.

Second time coming and I’ll be back! Walkable to downtown Nac and the Fredonia with great restaurants, bars and the brewery. The park is next door with the Lanana Creek Trail start. Very friendly neighbors.

This was exactly the cozy kind of place we were looking for and were very happy with it. The home is very quiet, peaceful, and we felt very safe with the gated property. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Hoping to return again!

The owners have made this historic house very comfortable. It was warm during a cold snap too. The kitchen had lots of the basic needs already there, important because we like to cook. Great contact by Kelly checking on how we were and if there was anything we needed during the cold weather. It is a great price for a two bedroom too. Thanks Kelly, my husband didnt understand the Easter Bunnies but I thought they were cute and it reminded me it's time to get my Easter things out too now! Sandra

From the second I walked into this sweet space, I immediately felt at home. The space was beautiful, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Diane was a fantastic host and even baked homemade cookies for my stay (which were absolutely incredible might I add!). I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband and they were both so incredibly friendly and inviting. You can tell they really care about this property! If you’re looking for a quiet, quaint and relaxing space that’s in the heart of lots of activities, this is your place! I booked it for a work trip to photograph a wedding at the Fredonia and it was in THE perfect location (right across the street so walking distance to the hotel). I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy all of the other activities nearby but I will definitely be staying at this property again in the future!

The pink house is a comfortable home with close proximity to everything. The description says park on left of house, which is easy to find, however the left of house driveway leads to a parking lot for the apartments behind the house. Originally we were afraid to be blocking access, but then realized there is also a driveway to right of house which is apparently the access the apartments use. Anyway, no big deal, just something to note. As others have stated, the shower is HUGE! Ha, at first I was a bit unsure about the size and lack of a door/curtain, but as others have stated, it’s actually amazing! The layout of the home worked out so well for our family. Plenty of space for everything! I loved that I could unpack and use the dresser and closet (with hangers!!) to really settle in. We cooked in the kitchen and I was very pleased with most everything that was stocked. I would have loved to find a larger skillet, but we made do with the options there and truly enjoyed our stay☺️

Great place to stay. Third year of staying here at Christmas. It is always clean and in a great location for all of us. Would highly recomend it. Will be back next year.

A home within a home ! I loved this house so much we actually felt at home . Peaceful & relaxing ! House is laid out great & you have all the comforts of home with the lake not too far away ! All you the beds were comfy !!! Just can’t say enough good things about this place ! I truly felt at home ♥️

Abel is a great host. Totally loved the place however it rained a lot and we weren’t able to use the outer facilities. But the place was fantastic and would totally love to visit back on a a clear day!
