The apartment is spotless, and has everything you need; we especially appreciated the washer/dryer which worked wonderfully, the complimentary nespresso pods, and the thoughtful touches for our family including games and toys for the kids as well as a very comfortable crib for the baby. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view from the windows is beautiful. The location is quiet and serene, but extremely close walking distance to all the action in Lugano. Grazie mille :)

We were allowed to spend an eventful and great holiday week in Yvonne's apartment. We were most fascinated by the quiet location with beautiful views of the lake. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The surroundings of Caslano have many opportunities to discover southern Swiss natural landscapes. As a bad weather program, the Kunstmuseum in Lugano offers exciting exhibitions. I'm sure we'll come back another time. Thanks Yvonne, for the hospitality.

we thank Regula and Martin for the lovely stay. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It has a pool, terrace and garden. the view of the lake is magnificent. Regula and Martin are very friendly!

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

We stayed with two children (9 and 13) for 10 days in August with Mira and André and it was just fantastic. The apartment is located directly at the lake, on the balcony you have the feeling of lying above the lake, with the unique view of Morcote. Four of them, the apartment is very comfortable, individual days you can also just relax there. Of course, the highlight is the lake access: a garden gate leads to the private dock and can jump into the lake for a short or long time, which we have used extensively, as well as the super provided. Hosts were quick to reach at all times (we didn't get along with the key app right away, but on the second phone it worked right away). We will definitely come back!

A beautifully located little apartment where you can find everything you need for a few relaxing vacation days! From the dining table inside or outside on the terrace, you have lake views! The apartment is simple but homely, the bed comfortable and the kitchen spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Casa Gioia with the fabulous natural park is a little paradise! We were overwhelmed by the tranquility and beauty of this place. And at the same time, there was so much to do and discover that both the adults and the kids were happy. The kids loved the trampoline and playground, we adults appreciated the terrace, all the greenery and the fantastic views, all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Communication with Katrin was very pleasant and Mite, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and warm. We would come back any time!

Leo was a fine host who provided us with great service. The old Ticino house is romantic and the view of the lake from all windows is magnificent. For 8 it is a bit tight, ideal for 6 people. We especially appreciated that you can travel wonderfully by public transport. Ship, bus and train are close by. The small shop nearby offers everything for daily use.

Nataliya gave us a guided tour of the house with her son, who speaks English, at the beginning and also left small gifts (wine, chocolate). The place was picturesque and very clean.

Fabulous stay. Extremely helpful, friendly and responsive host. Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Would absolutely stay there again.

Cesare was very friendly and very helpful. he helped us with the luggage and removing the trash bags. His apartment has a Fabulous view in a fabulous and quiet area. I highly recommend it

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. Amazing stay at this apartment/house by the lake. Complete with all kitchen necessities. Heater and AC available. We had one sunny day but managed to have a nice stand up paddle by the lake connected to the house. The view is just incredible and the host is helpful enough to accommodate our needs. Very close to the city center and Italian border. I highly recommend and will consider to come back again!

Very nice and central location with great lake views. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair at ground level. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

The apartment was exactly as described. It is well located, close to the center and the lake. It is good and practical. It has everything you need, even a few coffee pods for the start. Florin has always responded quickly, compptly and helpful. Communication with him has been excellent.

I liked everything, the photos responded to reality . And the apartment has everything you need and even more. The view from the balcony is just great, in the morning you drink the most bliss. All issues were resolved very quickly. Recommended .

Great location, great host!

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer
