25 km from the capital city of Mendoza, on the wine roads, Perdriel wine area, Lujan de Cuyo, birthplace of Malbec wine. In its surroundings ( 5km) there are farms , wineries and restaurants. Ideal for rest, adventure tourism and as a base for high mountain excursions (30 km), Chacras de Coria(10Km) or Ciudad Lujan de Cuyo(5km). For 2 people or group of 4 , that do not require privacy of bedrooms. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO GET AROUND BY CAR, taxi-remo is not recommended.

Beautiful artist house in Chacras de Coria

Space is the back of my house. It has complete independence from the front, as it enters from the side of the house, has a private bathroom, living room, kitchen and a gallery overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. The listing is very spacious and bright, with a large number of paintings and drawings, as I'm a plastic artist. This is an ideal area in Mendoza, as it is quieter than the city and cooler, allowing you to rest from the warmth of Mendoza.
