Second time staying at Yeruti's place. Beautiful apartment in a great part of Asuncion. Yeruti is great to work with.

The truth is very good apartment, well comfortable spacious, my family was happy with everything the apartment offers, everything works and has a balcony with Churrasquera where we share as a family doing an asado 1000 points in the apartment, I recommend it

I recomend this place, stayed for 6 months and never had an issue, amazing hosts, convenient, nice club style living, real nice staff.

The location is excellent, the apartment has everything you need and the building has good amenities

It was amazing to have rented the apartment because it is very large, has air conditioning, TV and everything you need regarding the utensils. When I booked the apartment, the Asdru gave me all the instructions by message, 1 it will send the password of the black gate (entrance) 2 it will send the password of the glass door 3) When entering through the glass door, you just turn the right to go up the stairs and find the number of your apartment and finally 4) The door of the ap will be open with the key on the inside. The place is very safe and you do all this yourself, you don't need to be received by some person because you just follow these steps. Asdru is an amazing person, he understood my side and was super flexible as a chack-in and of course I recommend it!
