Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Luquillo

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

Robbie was the perfect host. Very communicative, easy check in, and beautiful apartment. The view was as wonderful as described, and the neighborhood felt safe and with great bars and restaurants. A few supermarkets very close too. 10/10

If you’re in the San Juan/ Placida area and want a beautiful, clean, fun and walkable place to stay, Monique’s is the place for you We had a group of 10 across 2 units and had no problems with space, any of the utilities, or cleanliness. There’s nightlife in close walking distance, and in about 10-15 minutes you can hit the main strip with casinos restaurants and shops. Monique and Chip are super responsive and accommodating whether you need early check in or late check out. Next time I’m back I know where I’m staying!

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. It was clean and comfortable.

My family of four had the pleasure to staying at Raisa's. The place is very functional for a family. Raisa was kind enough to provide a high chair for our little one. The place is conveniently located if staying in San Juan.

Amazing Ocean View Stay in Isla Verde! Our one-bedroom stay in Isla Verde was perfect! The ocean view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Security was friendly, making us feel safe throughout our stay. Carlos, our host, was fantastic—quick to respond and very accommodating. The location was unbeatable, with a great restaurant just around the corner and stores within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway! We had an amazing stay. The air bnb had a great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only caveat was the front room can be loud at night because of the central location. We felt safe the entire time and would stay there again.

Staying here was absolutely perfect. We and our families rented out 4 of the units at the same time and essentially used the space and outdoor gated patio as our wedding headquarters for the duration of our time in San Juan. Maria and her family were very proactive and generous throughout our stay and were very accommodating when our NYE plans changed due to the island-wide blackout. This location is perfectly located in Ocean Park, our favorite area of San Juan, walking distance to our favorite restaurants and the beach. Thank you Maria and co. for making our stay smooth and convenient!

Miguel's house was perfect for our trip, it had everything we needed. Plenty of living room and seating options are available inside and outside. The pool was perfect and we spent lots of time in there. The house is located in a gated community but it was very easy to get in and out of. There are several things nearby that you can walk to, including acai bowls & smoothies, restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery stores. There is also a train stop across the street from the gated entrance, we took the train to San Juan and then caught a bus to Old San Juan, and it was perfect for a day trip. The house is also only a 25 minute drive to some beautiful beaches. All three bedrooms, the kitchen and both bathrooms and living rooms were a very clean and comfortable. Miguel was very helpful and friendly to us, also Sonia was an amazing help during our trip, she was so kind! We were here for a business trip but we would love to stay next year as well. Thank you Miguel for sharing your house with us.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is small but has many supplies for use. The kitchen immaculate. The home is quiet and peaceful at all hours of the day. Laundry on site. The beds and couch definitely need upgrading. One bed was very firm and the other has the sunken shape of people laying down over time so I slept in the middle of the bed to not sink and I was very uncomfortable. The couch is also sunken and not comfortable to relax on. Clean linen options available. We would stay again if the beds were changed. La casa está super limpia y tranquila. Las camas y sofá necesitan ser cambiadas porque ya están muy usadas y no cómodas si te vas a quedar más de dos días. Todo lo demás está perfecto con la casita.

Loved the place. It was clean, neat, and close to the locations we were going to. Host replied very quickly had clear instructions. This place is a gem and we had a great experience here. The only con would be is that you can hear everything outside as the windows are thin and the architecture of the windows in PR in general are built that way.

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice at all!! Fernando was an amazing host and made the group and I feel right at home for my bachelor party. He was extremely responsive on questions, requests, and issues. 11/10 recommend!!!!

Alex & Diana’s place is perfectly center , the placita is 7mins away , highway accessible , beach near by & so much more ! Clean , spacious , beds are SOOOOO comfortable . Nice neighborhood & the local neighbors are friendly as well . I received my check in instructions bright & early the day of my arrival . Host responded in a timely manner & were very nice . We loved our stay & plan to be back 🙏🏽

Loved the place! It is in a residential area, which we didn’t mind as we rented a car and definitely used the parking provided. We had an apagon (lights went out) and Rey David came within 5 minutes to plug in the generator and we were back with lights! Overall the experience was great and super close to the airport and within a 10-30 minute driving distance to many local spots.

Excellent private, and quite location with a beautiful view of the ocean. House was very modern and well kept. Nivram & Ginaliz gave great recommendations for our wedding venue that turned out to be one that we chose. Remember....if you go to the nearest Walmart, you have to pay for bags.

First time renting an Airbn. Hands down Moisès house is the perfect place to stay. No problem with the checking in, door code, address of the home etc. House was very clean and well maintained. Everything that is stated on what the home brings is at the home. 100% RECOMMENDED

I did not want to leave! The view was so beautiful and being able to lay in the maca was perfect. The apartment was clean, spacious and everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!

Very Comfortable! Six of us mature travelers stayed in this 3 bedroom unit and all loved the comfy beds, pillows and room to spread out. This condo was very well equipped with everything we could need from a well stocked kitchen to ample beach amenities. This is my 6th Airbnb experience in PR and this unit has the best water pressure as well as hot water, updated kitchen and baths and washer and dryer!!. We loved being able to open the sliders bringing the outdoors in. My favorite place for breakfast was Simple food only a 5 min walk, great food and mimosas. Security and gated property made us all feel super safe. Frank was very accessible and helpful. We loved being able to walk the beach to the left with a really cool nature pathway that leads to the beach in town with coves to enjoy the ocean views. Walking to the right on the beach was super private as there is nothing built on that side leaving pure ocean and nature to enjoy. Highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was ideal for our family. The beds were comfortable, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, and Diane was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great space, private with an easy check in. This area of the island is a Gem and only a quick 20min drive to San Juan. The host was very attentive and communication was easy and prompt. Definitely recommend 👍

This was great and as described. Easy walk over to Wyndham restaurants and great access to pools/ hot tub. It was well equipped with beach chairs and towels and kitchen items. We never saw chairs preset on the beach, but just used the ones provided in the apartment. Would totally stay again!

Had a terrific stay. Tom gave us great instructions well in advance. The place is terrific. Well equipped and right on the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach or just sitting on the balcony and enjoying a drink. Also there is a nice variety of restaurants close by. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

Zenen and Wanda’s place was great for our family. We appreciated the privacy of the resort, and felt safe getting around the compound. The pools were excellent for all three of our kids, which includes a 15 month old who loved the splash pads. I loved the ease of being with the baby but also being able to see my 9 and 6 year olds swimming and using the water slide (only open Saturday and Sundays). They were pretty sad that the lazy river was closed, but I’m sure it’ll be great after its renovations. The apartment met our basic needs and was clean. It slept all 6 of us comfortably, was large enough to move around without getting in each other’s way, and having two bathrooms with showers was perfect. Leaving the resort was easy. There’s a Walmart and different grocery stores 15 minutes away…plenty of local food stands around…and it’s close enough to San Juan to make an easy day trip. All in all, this place is great for a relaxing trip to the island!
