Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Luxor

Friendly family hostel with super Nilblick! The Hofni-Palace is a friendly, family-run small apartment house with 5 apartments. From the balconies of the two upper apartments to the main street, you have a wonderful view of the Nile. I had the apartment on the top right: 2 bedrooms, each with its own balcony, kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony to the side. All rooms are spacious. The bathroom has a boiler, so you can still shower warm even during the power outages in Luxor (about 2 hours/day). I was in Luxor in January where the temperatures can drop to about 10° at night. However, the apartment also remained sufficiently warm without heating. Tayea is the owner and manager of Hofni Palace. He organized tours for me and partly also did his own car. I felt very comfortable with him and his British partner, Margaret. Tip: Tayea exchanges your euros for significantly better rates than the banks / ATMs!

Obama’s place is very comfortable and well located. The host is super helpful and attentive, helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend this place!

It is a very new and clean house with two bedrooms, many people can stay, and the host is very nice to pick us up and drop us off at the station, and I was happy to book a hot air balloon for us.

My sister and I had an amazing time in Luxor. The stay was gorgeous but what especially stood out was the tour guides. Mohamed and Ta ensured we had an amazing time and an authentic experience. They were the sweetest people! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

If you want to spend some wonderful days in Egypt, you must meet Khaled. He is the person who will Ayurish you with everything you may need. They will receive a good treatment, good communication, help for whatever you need, solution to everything that may be an inconvenience. Anwar is an amazing person; he helped me with many things, including easily booking a hot air balloon ride and accompanying me to visit historical sites. His generosity is remarkable, as he invited me to enjoy a delightful Egyptian breakfast. The nighttime atmosphere was truly breathtaking, surrounded by trees, the cool breeze, and the clean, comfortable seating areas. This experience definitely deserves a full rating: 5/5.”

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable ground floor apartment located one block from the west bank corniche. There are several very good restaurants nearby, and a mini market as well. The bed linen is of good quality, but the basics less so. The host is very kind and responsive. In case you need a strong WiFi for work, suggest you double check with the him if the WiFi has been upgraded as the current one doesn’t support teleconferences.

Ahmed is a very friendly and hospitable host. He met us upon arrival and offered some fruits from the garden in front of the house and bottles of water. For those who don't speak Arabic, his English is very good and responded very promptly to any inquiry / was very accomadating. He checked in on us a lot to make sure our stay was going well and offered his tourist guide services if we needed anything. He also very kindly made sure we got back to Aswan safely. The Airbnb listing is exactly as shown in the photos, it's a very peaceful and quiet rural area and is a short ride to many cultural sites in Luxor on the west bank. I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb as I would gladly rebook with Ahmed if I ever ended up visiting Luxor again.

We are a group of three digital nomads who stayed at Ali's villa for about two weeks and absolutely LOVED our time here! The location is incredibly peaceful and semi-remote (in the best ways possible - think dirt roads). We loved walking around the small markets (5-10 minute walk) and restaurants (same walk or who will deliver to you) and interacting with locals, from Ali's villa you have the perfect place to have a truly authentic experience Everyone everywhere around us always welcomed us and was full of smiles Ali and his team are amazing hosts and SUPER responsive but not overbearing We work from home online as we travel and wifi is very important to us. The speeds worked for three of us to take Zoom meetings all day (at the same time) without issue. Ali was kind about helping us renew data when we needed it The outdoor areas are so spacious and well-equipped to hang out in! The pool was a dream during Luxor summer and was used every day for two weeks! Definitely coming back

Abdullah is an exceptional host, we want to sincerely thank him for his dedication to having us have a good time. Just like Ali and El Koumi with whom we had an amazing stay. We would highly recommend it, they allowed us to do activities with ease, in line with our desires. If I could give Ayman 6 stars, I would! The apartment is in a great location, close to the river so it was very convenient to go back n forth east/west side. The apartment was also generally cool with a much needed relaxing pool and A/C. plus close to restaurants along the river so it's just the perfect spot to stay at. And Ayman went above and beyond as a host. I have never had such a wonderful host. Besides giving us tips and recommendations to get by, he also helped me so much when I needed medical assistance. He went beyond my expectations. Rest assured he will do everything possible to make your stay wonderful, comfortable, and perfect.

Mohamed was super helpful from the beginning, feels like home, super quiet place, you can use the washing machine (which we used once), big fridge, big bed, an outdoor pool… if you need something don’t hesitate to ask him, he gave us good recommendations for restaurant near by, places to visit and tours/experience you can book with him as well. In our stay the kettle stopped working but he replaced it immediately, the tv remote didn’t work we think it was the batteries but didn’t have time to use it more. I recommend staying here.

Very clean and tidy house, the landlord is also very friendly and made it easy for us to solve any problem,I highly recommend that you choose this house for a holiday in Luxor with an affordable price. Thank you ❤️

Badawi promptly responded to my advance questions re: the best time to arrive, how I can go to his listing to check in, how he can show me where to go for shopping and food, how I can have my things sent to me, how my rental is private, how he will let the employees know not to bother me, and anything else I needed such as the wonderful free breakfast, WiFi, etc. When my plane landed, I texted Badawi as we discussed prior to my arrival, and he gave me clear directions on how to take the taxi to the ferry with the few things I had brought on the plane, then met me at the ferry dock, carried my things to his car, and chauffeured me the rest of the beautiful way to the rental. The place was better than expected. Rarely have I felt so at home!! He had a working refrigerator with some welcome fruit in it, showed me how to open the balcony doors for air or just sunshine, and then let me stay in peace unless I needed anything, at which time he responded very well and professionally.
