This pet-friendly home offers three bedrooms and two full baths for a great place to lay your head after a fun day on the lake or exploring the area. There is plenty of space to park your vehicle and water toys. We are located within a rural subdivision that overlooks the main channel of Lake Barkley. Five-minute drive to Prizer Point Marina or other local boat ramps. Enjoy peaceful sunsets from the front porch or patio deck

Very nice home close to water

Enjoy your lake vacation at the newly constructed home minutes from the water. Corner lot in a peaceful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms 1 king, 1 queen, 1 1/2 bath , full size Samsung washer/dryer. This lot is perfect for boaters or just to kick back. Common area features a large open concept with full size kitchen, gas fireplace. Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.
