Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Maddalena Island

The accommodation was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-field induction stove. The hot water worked flawlessly everywhere and there were comfortable garden furniture in sufficient numbers. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which can be reached in a few minutes' drive, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we have also enjoyed several times. We loved the whole area and our landlord Matteo and his team are easily accessible at all times if you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks Matteo!

We stayed at the accommodation for three nights. The apartment is quietly located and larger cities such as Palau can be reached in 10-15 minutes. I would book the apartment again anytime.

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated, great views of the harbour. The air condition (heating) in the living room was out of service. From the parking to the apartment there are several meters and 50 steps up. In the village, there are several supermarkets, without a car.

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. I highly recommend this beautiful spot. We were warmly welcomed and the apartment was even better than expected. Rachel gave us a driving tour, made dinner reservations for us, and gave wonderful advice for local activities. She even arranged for transportation for us. The apartment had the most beautiful view imaginable and we felt so lucky to be there. You will not be disappointed. The apartment was fully equipped and spacious. The location is in the heart of Bonifacio with great restaurants and shops very close. There’s no need for a car because you can walk anywhere you need to go very easily.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need – a comfy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room. It's in a quiet area, not long walk to the promenade. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We were 2 couples and spent 4 days in the apartment. Warm welcome from Laurence who gave us some great tips for organization, restaurants and activities. The apartment is in a very good location, quiet, comfortable and the terrace is exceptional! The apartment is well equipped and it was nice to have basic products and food. Like many accommodations in the upper town, it is not accessible by car, it is necessary to plan to park quite far away and carry suitcases. You also have to be in shape to climb the floors (quite steep steps) but it's worth taking advantage of this beautiful city!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Olbia is a very nice and quiet town, from which it is easy to reach attractions and entertainment offers are not lacking. The listing description is accurate, everything is very tidy and clean. Chrystelle is very kind, quick and proactive in resolving small initial problems. We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit.

Federica is wonderful and so helpful. It is my third time staying in this complex and I have loved it every time.

Great location, very peaceful in September. Shame that other guest of other properties need to pass through the outdoor space to get in and out.

Great cozy place feels like home.

We can only recommend going to Charlotte's place. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes from the port and the departure of the excursions. 15min from the upper town. Quiet apartment, very clean. Charlotte is very concerned that you feel good there. We greatly appreciated having private parking and a supermarket 2min walk away.

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

I had an extraordinary stay at Aurélie's place. Communication was smooth, accurate, and responsive for check-in and check-out. It feels good and deserves to be highlighted because this has not always been the case on other trips. The residence is very nice, clean and modern (barely a year). Quiet too but it's winter. The accommodation is just beautiful. The kitchen is modern, hyper-functional and the appliances are of excellent quality. Very convenient in the back kitchen. The decoration is in the air of the time and very good taste. All the comforts are there: Internet with excellent ping and speed, comfortable lounge and outdoor sofa, TV, walk-in shower. We see that the bedding is new and remarkably comfortable I was able to enjoy Aurélie's savvy advice from beautiful hikes by the sea, the Bonifacio Christmas market, little-known beaches and good local addresses. Can't wait to return to sunny days... Thank you Aurélie

Erik' place is a fabulous well furbished and equipped apartment. it stands out for the great cenrtal location that enables you to reach the beach (no more free since 2024) by walking while being at the heart of the village for pleasant evenings (however if you need quieter places i recommend places far form the center) Erik is a fantastic host: super responsive, clear and open to any request. his local support for cleaning and last mile requests is super I have already been in santa teresa several times but this time i was in the best location for my personal needs (a family of 5 plus 2 hosts for few days) many thanks to Erik again for making this holiday special!
