Great place to stay. Plenty of space and the grounds are fun to walk around. We love visiting here!!

Perfect location for a visit to Colgate. Close to town & close to campus. Plenty of room to spread out.

Everything was great, the house has a good location and has everything you need. The place is cozy and you feel like you were home! Would definitely recommend!

Our adult family had a wonderful time at Hatch Lake. The lake is beautiful and the house was clean, cozy and beautifully updated. Also, very well supplied. Shannon was very responsive. All in all, a great place to stay!

I highly recommend Shawn’s home- it was beautiful and peaceful stay! The entire place was neat and tidy, everything was easy to find. Our group had a great time watching the birds outside of the windows and watches for other animals outside. We would definitely rent this home again. Shawn is a great host!

Wonderful, comfortable, well appointed home. Right in the village, 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Perfect place for our party of 5!

The home was in pristine condition. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked. The bathrooms had the fluffiest towels and robes. We loved the decor and all the gorgeous plants. The street is quiet and private. We will definitely book here again if we get the opportunity.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

A great one bed - perfect for a couple traveling to Utica. Not a super walkable area, however, easy driving access to anywhere you need to get to.

Very responsive and friendly host, clean and super close to Hamilton College. (We could have walked back and forth!) Simple with no frills, but perfect for a weekend visit with our son. Great stay!

Having stayed at Teresa's amazing place before, I was right at home and glad to be back there!

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

Great deal for a stay in Hamilton! This place is perfect for 2 people, a sweet little basement studio. It's very centrally located, walkable to downtown Hamilton as well as Colgate University. Incredibly clean and well-kept and everything I could ever need was provided — local artisan soap, snacks, tea/coffee, even bikes! I do have a bigger car so pulling in/out of the spot was a little difficult, so I could see that being tough with a lot of snow, but no problem in dry weather! But parking is sparse in Hamilton, so it was great to have a safe place to leave my car. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and looking forward to my next trip to Hamilton!!

Michael's place was excellent, very clean and exactly how it was described. Michael went above and beyond, coming outside in the snow and dark to direct me to the right spot and making sure I was settled in and there were no problems. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this location while in town , playing lacrosse. The place was cozy, clean and quiet. Would stay again, if ever in Utica.
