Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Madison

My sister, small dog, and I stayed at Lisa and Kevin’s place in Madison. We appreciated the fun decor, excellent location, and pet- friendly friendliness of their rental! We enjoyed our long weekend hiking at Clifty Falls and exploring downtown Madison. Would highly recommend!

This place was great! Exactly as described! The hosts were phenomenal. Very responsive to anything we needed. Tons of space inside, shower was bigger than we expected. The hot water lasted longer than we expected and 6 of us could shower every morning without ever running out. That was lovely! We wanted something unique, yet affordable for spring break with our family of 9. And this provided just that. We even found a geo cache on site just down the road. A few things to note, if you’re bringing kids. There are broken buildings in the surrounding area which means there’s lots of broken glass. Our immediate housing was clear though. Made for interesting exploration. There’s very little natural light which is great for sleeping. Not so great if you lose power. We had intense storms come through the area and lost power for almost 24 hours, but our hosts scrambled to help as much as they could. Even offered to refund our last night. Brought flash lights, and kept checking in. GREAT HOSTS

Pauline’s place was so beautiful! It had everything listed and Pauline herself was so sweet! We didn’t have to worry about privacy as the property had so much space and the check in and out process was extremely easy. It is also located close to Madison, IN which had great restaurants and a great downtown (You will need a car to get to downtown). Overall would love to stay again.

We loved this place! Super cozy on a cold winter weekend. Lots of blankets, big bath tub perfect for a relaxing bath, good tv options, and coffee! Unique house too, stylistically different from most other houses in Madison.

We couldn't have asked for a better Easter get away! Our first trip to Madison. Kathryn was a great host!!! The moment we walked in i knew we were at our "home away from home". The beds were wonderful, the kitchen equipped with everything we could have ever needed, the house so clean and cozy! Katherine made recommendations for local must eats/dos. She made Oliver (our doodle) feel just as welcome as she did us. Communication was fast and helpful!!! We definitely would love to visit again!! Bob & Chris (and Oliver too!)

Zach let us check in early. Was quick to respond to messages. If you are looking for a place to stay for a girls trip or a couples trip!! Super clean! I will be honest I always take a wet paper towel and wipe the hardwood floors. It was clean and made it feel even more like home. This is the place! We all loved it!! Madison in general is within budget so many things to do, so many new things to do and very affordable!! I can’t wait to go back and I will stay here again!! This place will definitely go down in the books as a great memory and so much fun!!

This was our second stay at the Cozy Couch while in town visiting family. We enjoyed our stay. The home is so beautiful and clean and spacious. We love being able to travel with our dog. And the location allows us to walk everywhere, which we really enjoy. David is super responsive, even when tied up with his own holiday festivities, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to say again.

This home was very cute & felt like home! Sam was so sweet, helpful, and friendly!! We absolutely loved our stay here. The home had everything we needed. Beautiful creek runs in the back yard, and beautiful views all around! Easy to get to, a nice size yard to walk our dogs, and very clean. Quiet setting, was not bothered by any neighbors or noises. Sam was very responsive, and hosted us for a last minute trip, with no issues. This is the perfect home for a get away in Madison. We will definitely be back.

What a nice relaxing spot !!! Great scenery and places to explore. I highly suggest renting from Tracey she and her husband are very helpful and friendly people. You won't regret it.

This is our 3rd stay with Tracey at Mermaid Cove. 2x in the small house and this time in the smaller camper. She and Steve deserve 10 ⭐️! We return because we LOVE the hospitality and the peacefulness! I know we will be back!!!

This is such a nice place to stay truly! It was peaceful, I wish we had time to use the kayaks or charter a boat ride but the boat was perfect nonetheless. It was pretty cold at night but it warmed up quickly in the morning once all that sun started to come in. The extra blankets and the smart TV was night to relax and watch a movie. I will definitely be rebooking in the future, hosts were super kind and helpful (:

The boat and cove were fantastic. Very quick drive to Belterra and back and a lovely evening on top deck of boat and around the fire pit. Highly recommend if you are looking for some relaxation. Tracey was fantastic.

Loved our time at Annette’s place in downtown Madison! Clean space, plenty of room, and easily walkable to coffee shops and boutiques. Would definitely stay again!

The Baltmore House was in an excellent location with walkable distance to downtown adventures or only a few minutes drive to incredible restaurants: Hong Kong Kitchen, Downtowner, Shepley’s Burgers, and Lanthier Winery to name a few. Great antique shopping opportunities and our dog enjoyed the community dog park by the Lanthier Winery! Loved the WiFi, clean “shotgun house” , nice neighbors, and perfect get-away for my sister-daughter-dog combo!

Everything was great Bill responded extremely quickly to our last minute getaway and we were able to bring our two fur babies!! We came here mainly for the hot tub and to get away from the busy city. It was quite peaceful and very homey. The hot tub was one of the best ones my partner and I have been in. Perfect weekend getaway so relaxing! Try Roxy Vevay bar restaurant had amazing food. The house was unique and beautiful. Would recommend going.

My boyfriend and I decided to escape for our first anniversary, and we are so glad we chose The Loft @ The Farm! Janice and Joe are both so kind and their animals are just as sweet. We really appreciated Joe reaching out before check-in to let us know about a possible detour. Instructions were simple and this place exceeded our expectations! The loft and bathroom were very clean and hand sanitizer dispensers were in the barn and the loft itself. We loved the sweet kitty who greeted us every day, and we obviously enjoyed feeding the farm animals (Oscar and the cows have our hearts)! The local area has so much to do and we were still able to have a blast despite the rainy weekend. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable one and for extending such kindness and care. We felt so comfortable and at home, which sometimes is hard when staying in a new place. 10/10 and 5 ⭐️ all around! We wouldn’t have a negative thing to say even if we tried-don’t change a thing! 💓

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and incredibly quiet. Just what we needed to relax and unwind. Everything was well cared for, and it felt like a true retreat. Highly recommend if you're looking for a calm, clean, and cozy escape.

We really enjoyed the veiws of the lake while sitting on the deck! It was very quiet and peacful. The house was very inviting & clean. Plus it was equipped with everything we needed. Dragan was very responsive, and accomodating. We had a wonderful vacation!

don't hesitate to book. weather ruined most activities. obviously not fault of owner. would be wonderful place with warm weather and no rain. they have everything you need and then some.

the cabin was absolutely beautiful, and Michelle was so easy to work with. Also, the extra touches for my wife's birthday were very sweet and special. would highly recommend!!
