What a gem! Quiet, cozy place above the garage with a lovely view of the adjacent park/golf course/green space. John and Mike were friendly, proactive with suggestions for the area, quick to answer questions, and the perfect balance of being available but giving space to just enjoy the area. The resources available in the room were excellent - I used the red binder for tips on the bus, restaurant recommendations, and more! If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys! You made my first trip to Nashville comfortable.

Our family had a great stay at John and Catherine’s airbnb. The guest suite is beautiful, comfortable, and in a cute, safe location. Walkable to several shops/restaurants and short drive to everything else we wanted to do. They provided excellent suggestions for things to do with our kids in Nashville. Would stay again.

I rented this beautiful style farm home for my families trip and they have not stopped raving about it, it's peaceful quite and beautiful greenery was perfect for a getaway and about a 20 min drive into the city. Judith was very communicative and helpful made the stay all that much better we look forward to staying there in the future highly recommend.

My stay was great! Had a very smooth check in. Place was super clean and loved the set up! I was close to downtown and in a walkable neighborhood. Overall such a cute place to stay!

We were there for a very short stay and this was perfect. Close to airport and downtown. We took Ubers all weekend very much worth it. I forgot my iPhone charging cord and Lindsey & Peter had an extra one to loan me. They are a very friendly couple. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Shawna and Jonathan’s place did NOT disappoint - in fact, it MORE than delivered!! It was a quiet, cozy and very peaceful getaway location with easy access to all that Nashville has to offer!!! I highly recommend it for a GREAT getaway!! It was perfect for what we needed, expected and even hoped for!!!

We loved staying here! We told her this was for a girls trip and she got right on it, making sure we had everything we needed for it. Very clean and big area.

I loved staying at this Airbnb for a few nights. It was comfortable and quaint. The neighborhood was very pretty and walkable. There are a few close by restaurants, but most are a 10-15 minute walk away or a quick 10 min Lyft ride downtown. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed and awesome linens. I also enjoyed the outdoor patio furniture. Note there is no desk area if you’re planning to work. Overall great clean spot in a quiet neighborhood of a trendy part of town where the real Nashville people live.

This was my seccond stay here, great location when visiting the area. Very pravate and comfortable. Perfect if you need a little extra space during a visit. I will certainly book again.

This was my first time using an Air BNB. I was beyond amazed, they have definitely set high expectations for future visits. It was such a cozy space, with very cute decor and ample space. I loved the sound machine and the little details they definitely think about their guests with snacks and anything you could possibly need. Not only did they provide a cozy space but they also provided an abundance of resources for parking, food, and fun things to do. We had a great time and several of the things we did were due to their recommendations. The space was also very clean, which is something I always worry about but I had no worries staying here, they definitely take care of it the way they would their own home.

This was a great stopover for us and our pets as we moved across the country. Very charming and safe area - we felt comfortable walking our dog even though we arrived after dark. Pet owners should know that there may be a pet fee. We appreciated how quiet it was - we got a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The bed was so comfortable that we didn’t want to get up in the morning! We were able to make our coffee and grab a few snacks that the hosts generously provided. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Greg was super proactive and had a list of recommendations for newbies. He checked on us to make sure everything was going well and that we felt at home. My husband and I would highly recommend this place!

We spent 3 nights at Bobby’s place & had a great stay! Parking on the street in front of his home was easy & never a problem. Great location & we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, walking to Van Gogh’s Wine Bar & Lockeland Table. We had quick & friendly communication with Bobby. He wanted to make sure that all was well after checkin & if we needed anything to let him know. Comfortable & clean accommodations. Thank you so much!

We loved the Redhotmama house! Great location, easy and flexible check in, super fun design. Awesome music memorabilia. We also had a good time reading Kerouac!

We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far one of my favorites! The neighborhood was so cute and peaceful and only minutes from my daughter's house, which was a big bonus. Steve and Kim both greeted us, and I wish that they were my neighbors back home! So friendly! The apartment was spacious - each bedroom had its own private bathroom and everything was very roomy. The beds were super-comfortable and the entire place was very cozy. Highly recommend! We will return the next time we are in town!

Roberto’s place was cozy, comfortable, private, and everything we needed was provided. Loved having the organic coffee pods in the morning. The walkable proximity to Retrograde Coffee and Folk was ideal too. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to our event and nice to come home to a relaxing place. Thank you for everything! We will absolutely consider staying again for our next trip to Nashville :)

The place was really clean. Host was very responsive and allowed flexible check in which helped us cos we arrived about an hour early. I will recommend this place if you’re visiting Nashville.
