We had a wonderful 7 nights here. The house was as described - a traditional Thai building - and it was very comfortable. The location was great - we were able to walk anywhere in the old town area. There was an amazing coffee shop - Sweet Home - 50 metres away. The best mango sticky rice ever! Nichagorn was a very attentive host who gave us information about local events. Highly recommended.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds chirping and the soothing chime of the windbell felt like such a blessing! The host was incredibly kind and responsive to all my requests. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very clean and luxurious space, easy to communicate and very responsive!

The place was clean, with dust mites grade 6 allergies, did not trigger allergies, satisfied with hygiene, comfortable bedding, no smell in the washroom, newly renovated, fully equipped, stayed here for 7 nights and left a good impression.

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

We loved the rooftop at Cleo Place! Very nice and peaceful space. Quiet area but just a few minutes walk to the old town. Wonderful cactus and succulent plants. Nice hammock and furniture. We had a minor issue with one bed and they came to fix it right away. We were able to store our bags when we arrived early. Very nice staff. Highly recommended space.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the center, but there are several temples and friendly locals on the way so it's not a big deal. There’s plenty of privacy but if you need something, the host and her warm and friendly mother is there to help you. The laundry service is fast and very affordable. There is a tap with drinking water that I haven't seen anywhere in Thailand. A plenty of love and ideas were put into this place and you can feel it. I'd recommend this accommodations to anybody who is willing to walk a bit for the extra tranquility.

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

Communication was excellent with this host and the facilities are exceptional.

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

Good location with fabulous restaurant nearby. Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms that are quite convenient. Free parking lot is available with kind guard helping to the parking day and night.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Stayed for half a month and the host was very generous! All of our requests will be met in time The place is like the pictures, a few hundred meters out is Chiang Mai Night Bazaar with big C, there are several famous restaurants all within walking distance, like Ekchan Rooftop pool has good view Shangri-la outside the master bedroom is comfortable.The kitchen is fully equipped, and my family and I are happy to spend here! We spent a week in Chiang Mai and the Airbnb was perfectly located for us. It was quiet and most places we wanted to go were easily walkable from the condo's location. We found it comfortable and liked that there was a coffee shop at the front entrance and having our laundry done was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Mai.

No so private because of Window) You should to close it If you want to feel confident. But location is perfect! There are a lot of condos but this one the best because of friendly guards, location, parking and etc
