House holiday rentals in Maenam Beach

The villa was really nice, private, and had a beautiful pool that we enjoyed throughout our stay. Check-in went super smoothly, and we loved coming home each day to a freshly made bed—thanks to the daily cleaning service. The host was very easy to communicate with and always helpful. Even after check-out, we were able to keep the motorbike for the rest of our trip, which was a big plus. One night we had a flat tire, and Aphatch & Cory came out to swap the bike for us—such great service! Really appreciated the hospitality and all the help. Thanks again, guys!

Ah! What a pleasure it was to live and experience Koh Samui at Pannipa and Markus’s villa ❤️ Pannipa is so beautiful and so friendly. We were welcomed with big smiles and that just made our day! The villa is BREATHTAKING! The pictures don’t do justice at all! It’s such a dreamy place. We TRULY relaxed here. The views from every corner of the villa were just 🤌🏼 and the private pool ❤️ missing it already! We (Vishnu and I) were here for 2 days to celebrate my birthday in tranquility and we really lucked out as those were the only 2 days the villa was available! Pannipa and Vishnu arranged a lovely birthday cake, delicious papaya and really surprised me! Thank you so much for being the friends we miss from back home. It truly felt like home ❤️ what a PERFECT way to end our Thailand trip. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience Pannipa and Markus! You both are AMAAAAZING! Stunning villa, great host who facilitated early check in, clean, lovely staff, generally beautiful

This villa is a paradise! Very spacious, well equipped. The pool is big and clean. Palms look very exotic. We totally recommend it.

Very nice host and house even more beautiful in real life than in photo, we 100% recommend this place. Stephen is responsive and very welcoming. A little extra for breakfast in the fridge, fruits and beers, very good sense of hospitality. Restaurants, beach, and even a temple by the sea within walking distance

The place was lovely and felt nicely secluded, which made for a peaceful stay. The pool area had great vibes—definitely a highlight—though just a heads up that the sun starts to fade around 3–4pm. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and cleaning, which we really appreciated. One thing to note: the main living room AC had a bit of trouble cooling the space fully, likely due to small gaps in the windows, which also let a few mosquitos in. It wasn’t a huge issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Jenni is an extremely trust worthy host. She is so genuine and kind, and wants you to have the best holiday which she shows through her great activity recommendations and small finishing touches. She is very knowledgable on the island and very helpful with transfers etc. I felt like I was in safe hands when I stayed here. The property itself is very well kept and clean, and the private pool is really the selling point of this villa. The house and pool are cleaned regularly and pest control comes too to ensure complete peace of mind. 10000% would come back and hope to see Jenni again soon. Thanks Jenni for an unforgettable trip of a lifetime.

We had a great stay in the villa! It is neat and clean, very modern and the hosts are very kind and helpful. The view and the infinity pool are spectacular. As the villa is located on a hill, renting a scooter (160 ccm) is advisable.

Unusual place. Service from the owner with a big beautiful garden and a very nice shared pool. The forest and mountain view from pool area is stunning and immersive. Most of the time pool was unoccupied because there are few houses and guests. The water was salty and free of hard chemicals. Calm place in countryside with lots of natural sounds. Dan, the owner is friendly and responsive and it sems he loves what he does.

We had a really nice stay at Oliviers villa. The view and home furnishing is amazing, it was so clean and enjoyable. Olivier is a really nice host, who provided us many tips about things to do at Koh Samui. We will always remember the great stay and your nice hospitality. Thank you!

No stone left unturned. Great attention to details and communication. Welcomed and staff helped me settle in immediately. Also helped me find my lost bag which I thought was an impossible task. Would recommend to anyone 10/10

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. We had a great vacation as a family. The beautiful beach was quick to reach. We felt very comfortable here. Unfortunately, there is no longer the night market in Maenam.

Kim is an amazing host with world-class connections and advice. She gave the best suggestions. Kim is so very thoughtful and helpful. We hit it off right away. I have a food allergy and was able to cook in the house where I stayed. Kim and I walked about 14 minutes down the beach and I got the most amazing Thai massage right on the beach. A wonderful lady named Aon gave me 2 Thai massages, an herbal ball massage, a facial and 1 oil massage while I was there. Being a massage therapist myself for more than 15 years I'm picky about who I let work on me. Aon is well educated in massage and has been performing massage for 30 years. Just ask Kim, she can tell you how to get there. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kim's place Just across the street from her private beach and her home. 🤍🤍🤍

Stunning Villa very quiet surrounded by nature. Short taxi ride to lots of nearby places. Perfect if you want to be away from the nightlife but can easily get to by taxi. The pool was great the beds were super comfy Everything we needed would highly recommended

The house is great. We were very pleased to have found such a beautiful place to stay. The service has been one of a kind. No matter what questions we had, we were helped. TOP LOCATION, quiet - right by the fitness studio. The staff is very friendly and conscientious. We would definitely book here again. Absolutely child-friendly. Simply fantastic.

The villa is amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Simon is a great host and very responsive; he kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we are having a nice stay. The trees were cut before our check-in which affected our privacy a bit while in the swimming pool. The team provided an umbrella which fixed the problem. We would love to go again next time we are in Samui.
