Fantastic villa in Bo Phut in great location. Villa is close enough to town to reach everything on foot, but far enough out to ensure peace and quiet and relaxation when chilling by the pool needed. The villa is in great condition and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Unit is well finished and very comfortable furniture throughout. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to the region. Communication and support from both the owner and housekeeper was fantastic, and retunr transfers to/from airport was a very nice touch.

Great place to stay, definitely worth the money. It has a swimming pool which is clean and always free. Greg is super host and helped us with any questions. Location is perfect only if you have bike or car, without it difficult to get to the beach and main road. The delivery of food is also not working just 2-3 places. The only minus is the smell in the bathroom and a little smell of cigarettes in the room.

It’s a stunning place with a amazing view.

Our stay at Swell Villa was fantastic. What a luxury to have your own house (and a cabana in the shade) on such a beautiful stretch of beach. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. It is centrally located, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a stone’s throw away. Lastly, the friendly host, Chris, made our stay even more enjoyable. It was our first time traveling with a baby, and thanks to his help it all went super smooth. A driver was always ready for us and he even managed to get us a last-minute spot on the boat to Koh Phangan, despite us booking too late. All in all, a solid 10/10!

The place was very nice and clean, as shown in the photo. It was a little tricky to find because it doesn't work with street and number. It is a villa - complex called Kirikayan (not Kirikayan Resort, which is located 10 km away). You have to pay for electricity as an extra, it is somewhat unfair that some electricity consumers run that you can't control themselves, so not guests are extras (water pumps for the large fish pool and pool, lights that automatically turn on), but still have to pay for it in the end. We enjoyed the stay very much, we were welcomed by a manager on site who was very nice and helpful.

I cannot even accurately put into words how magical this place is!!! After two very horrific experiences in a row with places that lost power - we ended up deciding to book here for the one night we had left in Ko Samui and we are so glad we did. The staff was so gracious and welcomed us with a delicious fresh juice and cold towel, then we were escorted to our room and all our belongings were carried for us so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Once we got inside - our jaws dropped and we both got really emotional. Hands down one of the most unreal views I have ever seen. The room was immaculate, the decor, the pool, the tub - everything was perfection. We also got to feed the elephants who live on the property in the morning as well as have a delicious breakfast at their restaurant that overlooks the field where the elephants roam. If you’re on the fence about booking this place - this is your sign, book it!! This is a once in a lifetime experience you won’t regret.

The host is very eager to make your stay comfortable and nice. Nice private trips and excursions were suggested and the Villa itself was wonderful. There is nothing to complain about as it was a great place. If something should be named for improvement I would mention that it would be nice if the water pressure in the bathroom (shower) could be stronger as it was very weak.
