Loved the area, the home, and the amenities! Driveway was fine and easy as long as you listen to Janet’s directions given. Definitely Recommend!

Wonderful spot! Gem of a location. Views are amazing! Definitely need 4WD to get to the cabin. Great little town has wonderful shops. It’s about 8 minutes from the cabin. The cabin has all you need for a short or extended stay.

Beautiful, even prettier than pictures. Very responsive to questions. Peaceful and private. Went for a getaway with my granddaughter and it was amazing. Her laughter was continuous and we both loved our stay! Never stayed anywhere that was as welcoming and everything we could possibly need was provided.

The cabin was the perfect fit for our needs. It was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful and in close proximity to everything that we wanted to do. Greg was an excellent host. We would love to return for additional visits in the future.

If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay this is the place to go ! Wayne and Roxanne respond quickly and made the cabin perfect and feel like home . Everything was clean and well taken care . We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to plan a trip for next year !

We had such an amazing experience booking with Smokies Time, and the Bees Knees cottage is oh so cute!! There were so many relaxing amenities to occupy us at the cabin, but we were also within easy travel distance of both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had pretty much everything we needed and amenities were very easy to use with clear instructions. The hosts were always responsive in an incredibly timely manner and always so friendly! We are already making plans to book again!!

I can’t rave enough about Darrell and the Black Bear Lodge. First, there was a winter storm moving in. Darrell messaged first and stated that we could check in early to avoid the bad weather. That is truly just going above and beyond. We quickly accepted his generous offer and were able to check in before the snow began. When we arrived, we found the Internet to not be working. I messaged Darrell and he had someone come out immediately to fix it. The lodge is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The bathrooms are clean and every room had ample bedding and pillows. The hot tub worked wonderfully and the views were spectacular. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our visit. It was cut short due to the weather, but Darrell still kept in touch after we left, inquiring if we made it home safely. I would 100% stay here again, and we are planning to!

First and foremost, Sergio is a great host. All of the information sent prior to our stay was great to have. He was very responsive to every message sent. The directions to the house were accurate and entry was seamless. The house is cozy and warm with everything you may need. We used all of the amenities; games, tv, hot tub, sauna, ping pong table- there really was no reason to leave the house. The weather wasn't great but we still made to it Cataloochee to ski, and having the hot tub to come back to was perfect!!! The view from the back porch was ever changing and always gorgeous. It was a wonderful way to bring our family together for a long weekend.

With plenty to do in Bryson and Cherokee, we'll definitely be returning to this stay. Spotless, clean house. Working amenities (hot tub was great for post-downtown and casino-perusing). Very generously warm shower. Enjoyed the modern style, furniture, and layout. Bed was comfortable too, with extra pillows supplied. Felt like a very private location (cant say we saw another person nearby or wandering around), but still very close to downtown Bryson. While there are train tracks and a trailer park nearby- would certainly not let either of these deter from booking with these hosts. Neither detracted from the lovely stay or were an issue. (also parking wasn't as bad as mentioned, but still understandable on their transparency; found it easiest just to pull in the lot across, and wait for traffic to quiet down, and then back in to the parking spot). 10/10, fair pricing- would reccomend this stay for anyone visiting the area. Hosts communicated swiftly and supportive.

Enjoyed a few days here exploring the area and visiting nearby towns. Great place to stay!

This was a great place for my extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving! We had lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.

What an incredible stay! What incredible hosts! We loved our stay at the hilltop cabin. It was so peaceful and beautiful and we loved the chance to live simply and reconnect with earth

Amazing house! Home was very clean and beatiful. The house is located on the side of the mountain and has amazing views from the deck and hot tub area. We had a large group and never felt confined or like we were on top of each other during our stay. Large dining table with leaf add ons, extra chairs and a extra folding table allowed us to eat together as family. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with anything you will need for cooking at home, even with a large group. Thomas has provided plenty of entertainment with the game room downstairs to the board games in the closet. Wifi was no issue. The driveway is steeper than your average driveway, but it is on the side of a mountain. We had 4 cars with us including a Nissan Altima and a Nissan 12 passenger van, neither of which had any issues with the driveway. Even with our 4 car vehicles we had ample room to park 3-4 more vehicles. If you are considering this place, please do not have any hesitation, It is well worth every penny!

This home was perfect for our family of 3 teens and 3 adults. It was spacious and clean, we wanted for nothing. All this with a very accommodating, understanding and hospitable owners, who let us stay even after Helene's destruction to their bridge. Thank you for the wonderful stay this Thanksgiving 2024.

Such a beautiful and peaceful cabin tucked a way with a lot of hiking close by. The cabin was rustic, clean, and just as described/pictured. My boyfriend and I did a couple of nice hikes including Looking Glass Rock Trail as suggested by Lucas. Greg/Lucas were very accommodating and responsive.

A very nice stay. We had a group of seven and needed five bedrooms. This house was perfect for us. It was very much like a home with puzzles and books and TV and anything else we might want. Once we found it the first time it was easy. We kept forgetting to turn on a light before we left for the day so we came back to a lot of darkness. That was completely our fault. I would recommend this property to anyone who needed six bedrooms and three baths. They were very responsive when we had a question too.

The place was perfect for our stay near Gatlinburg. Very close to a local grocery store and 10 min from town. If you’re looking for something pristine, then look elsewhere… this place was homey and we felt very comfortable there.

Perfect location and setup for our 4 day weekend. Quiet neighborhood, scenic route views. House was spacious, but homey. Fire pits on both top and bottom floor was nice. Hot tub right outside of the bedroom was perfect as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and amazing location!

Thank you to the host and Prestige for a beautiful trip from start to end. My husband and I loved the stay. The condo and surroundings are beautiful. We didn’t run into any bears or bugs! Be careful and courteous going up the mountain. We were about 15-20 min away from all the activities depending on traffic. Everything was great! we plan to return with the whole family next time.

The place was as described with listed amenities and spotless. Loved the fact that there was a fitness center and it was available. That’s important to me. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Lots to do in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. Colleen was responsive and the staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeremy was an excellent host. He reached out ahead of time to let us know of possible issue (out of his control). He was very nice. A pleasure to talk with. I will definitely rent from him in the future.

We spent 5 days here with some extended family. It was an awesome family vacation! The place was clean, had plenty of extra linens, the fireplace was cozy and the hot tub was hot!! We loved it!

Incredible hospitality and kindness packaged with a gorgeous and peaceful place. Truly a gem!
