Friendly Kookaburra's, Koala's in the trees, Wallabies & Possums in the evenings & some glorious butterflies.

This beautifully designed, split level home features high ceilings and louvered windows to catch the island breeze and let in an abundance of natural light. This tropical oasis really is island living at its best, with the beach, local restaurants and cafes, and the Picnic Bay Jetty and swimming enclosure only a short stroll away.

This spacious, downstairs apartment is an open plan layout. With newly renovated interior it has a comfy bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, dining and patio. Beds 1 Queen 1 Trundle Bed (in living room) 1 Day Bed (We also cater for kids with 1 porta-cot and mattress) Your stay will include bedding, bathroom supplies, free wifi, Netflix and all that you need to make yourself at home. Upstairs is occupied by the owners (2 adults & 2 young children). We will most likely be home when you stay.

This cottage is Perfect for long term Stays, Work, Hospital, Holidays. Fully Self contained, Clean and well equipped. This cottage is comfortable and quiet. Ideally it is set up for 4 people but can sleep 5. Fully fenced front and back, with spacious yard and a very private block. Wifi, Wall mounted HD Tv , Netflix. Please message on long term stays if you are coming to townsville for work over a few months or more. Pls message when booking with the no of people and why your visiting.
