Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace part and the garden. The new apartment is rural modern and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestling in the rolling hills of the Voralpenland. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Simssee. Central between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in every season.

For our own use, we offer our approximately 200 years old, refurbished cabin. Here, alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is situated on a sunny slope. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltaler Gletscherbahn and many destinations for hiking, climbing, ski/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75m2) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Our small apartment (35m²) is located at the farm "Amosergut". It is perfect for 2 people who like to be active and spend time in nature. The Dorfgastein ski area is 5 minutes away by car. A bus stop for the ski bus is within 3 minutes walking distance. Directly from the apartment, various hiking trails lead to the nearby mountains and alpine huts. Our swimming pond in the garden opposite can also be used without a carnival.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the views of the mountains. There are numerous ski resorts close by, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer, you will find numerous opportunities for hiking, climbing or mountain biking and can then refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
