The former village church is situated in a 1,600 square meter property, right in the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500 year old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment, and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Cottage with sauna use

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful castle Schwarzenfels. We are renovating the farm gradually, in 2020 our project "holiday home" has been completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
