Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Malacca

Very peaceful part of Melaka which is just 10min from jonker walk. Many convenience stores nearby along with bars and restaurants. The seaside view is also amazing. Honestly a fair bargain for the price paid highly recommend!

Great place to stay on a budget with great views and good location. The building is starting to show its age and looks like over all maintenance is required. The unit is nice and spacious! for the price it is high value for how many people you sleep. Would book again host is very quick to respond to any questions / messages.

Worth the amount of money paid for a large group. The sea view was the main highlight! Jay was very responsive & proactive.

Extra Beautiful Ocean View Room!The view of the balcony is wide, half is the ocean, half is the city, the sky is blue, the sun is good, and you can see the beautiful view of the fireworks in the city on New Year's Eve.Suitable for families and multiple friends, there are four double beds and direct drinking water.The host is very welcoming and good communication, and the security guard downstairs is also very kind.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we knew it was a perfect place for families with kids. The little ones were super happy, especially with the indoor playground right in the living room—such a brilliant idea! It truly brought us back to our childhood moments, seeing them play and enjoy every corner of the house. The host’s attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful free gift to the Disney-themed towels that added a magical touch. The place was spotless, with advanced bath and shower equipment that made our stay even more comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the cozy beanbags made relaxing even better. Parking was spacious and convenient, making it easy for families traveling together. This home is ideal for gatherings with kids, offering both fun and comfort. We will definitely come back again—highly recommended!

Just like 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel! House was super clean, beds were soooo comfy, nice house design, nice pool, big space, but i think , they provide a bathroom inevery room was really the star of the house. Highly recommended!⭐️

Overall a very pleasant stay. The house is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Everything is very new and there are plenty of places to sleep. A few nitpicks: 1. The lockbox that contains key to the apartment is in an awkward position and it is hard to reach. The unlock mechanism is also not very responsive and requires a few tries to unlock. 2. The water pressure in the ground floor bathroom can be stronger. The combined shampoo / body wash quality can be better or at least have separate shampoo and body wash. 3. The internet connection feels relatively slow at some areas in the house. It is fast in most areas but quite slow and not stabil some areas (like the ground floor bedroom). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

My family and I are very satisfied with our stay at Aisy Q Homestay. The house is very clean and comfortable. All the necessary amenities are provided. The owner is very responsive and responsible. One of the best stay we have. The place is clean, beach fronting, accessible to various places, easy parking. The owner is responsive, if you are looking for quick and short getaway, this is the place that u need to come and visit, clean beach, pool for kids and you can even go to malacca town easily, enjoy asam pedas, seafood, fastfood, local dishes you name it...
