If you've ever wanted to experience living in a tiny home while fishing from the backyard come stay here! The second bedroom is a beautiful loft in this 3 year old 900 sq ft lakefront retreat. Cute Athens is only 5 miles away, and Canton's First Monday is 30 miles away. It’s a cute and comfy 2-bedroom, one bath cabin on Cedar Creek Lake. Easy access to the water for swimming. Kayaks and Paddle boards available. JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.

Beautiful Lake House at Cedar Creek Lake, just one hour from downtown Dallas. This newly remodeled home is nestled in the trees at the end of a quiet cove. There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the house are low so we have discounted our normal rate. (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
