Great stay, matched the description of the listing, and very clean. Renelito was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed.

The environmentally friendly Palm Hill Villa is so beautiful. Birds and cats come to play every day, and the sound of rain on a rainy day was more beautiful than any singing. Relaxed and serene, Palm Hill Villa has been a haven for our family. And Rudy took care of all the details, so I was able to spend a pleasant day without any inconvenience. Rudy is always very responsive. I was very satisfied with the pickup, sanding, and breakfast service, and the free laundry service was also very good. The occasional power outage is uncomfortable, but it was also romantic. I was so happy to swim privately while listening to my favorite music in my quiet house. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, we recommend Palm Hill Villa. As in other reviews, if you say you want to get off on the main road of Helios Spa, you can also go to a tricycle for 20-25 pesos.

A fantastic place to stay with beautiful views and a great host

The place matched the photos listed. We were welcomed by the guest manager even though our check-in was very late around 12AM (we came from Kalibo pa kasi). Thank you so much for that! Everything is complete and very clean. The room is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a small kitchen. Aside from the occasional power outages and water interruptions which are understandable because the owner doesn't have control over the service providers, I cannot find problems at all. The owner is really hands on in handling all their branches. Great customer service as well, you can just call the reception's phone number also if you need any help. At times we needed some things for our little kid and they were very happy to help. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable place. The location was a but out of the way but the shuttle made it easy. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. One day I had fallen ill and Elena was super nice and kind enough to arrange medicine and food. The cleaners were great, the in room massages excellent as well. Everything was great, I'd recommend it if you wanna get away from the madness and don't mind the 15 min ride to anywhere on the island.

Great place if you’re traveling with a group. Walking distance from the mall and diniwid beach. You can go to station 1,2,3 via beach shoreline. Reasonable price as well.

All of the staff were so nice and honest. We left 2 phones but they were so honest to give it back. They also allowed us to check in earlier since there was no guest on our specific room. The pool was also clean. We will definitely come back and we will surely recommend this place to our friends and relatives and other guests. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We had a great time at the apartment which is very well located with a very nice interior, with everything you need in it. Residence guarded at the entrance, very close to the D Mall, 2 minutes walk. About 20 minutes by trike from the port. To arrive in Boracay, take from Caticlan airport one van: 100 pesos per person (regulated), allow 1/2 hour to arrive at the port of Caticlan. Then take a ticket for the ferry to Boracay (about 500 pesos per person ticket and taxes included). Very many departures. About 1/4 hour crossing. To get from the port to the city take an e-trike (200 pesos for 2). Just say Scandi, the drivers are familiar with the address. We found a great beach in Diniwid beach. We highly recommend Pekka's place 👍

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The accommodation was great, the staff was very accommodating, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met. Quiet house away for the busy downtown area. It’s .3 miles from beach and .6 miles to Main Street. They have electric trikes to transport for 200 pesos. Take the hop on hop off city buses for cheaper travel. This villa has all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, large bathrooms for each bedroom, pool and very secure. Two locked gates to enter your private villa. Never felt the need to lock the villa. Jerry and the owner are the best host I’ve experienced. When you walk to the beach it feels like your private area. It’s the most western end of the most popular beech on the island. 10/10 You should stay here.

We stayed in the room for 30 days and we enjoyed everything. The room is very spacious and clean. The little kitchen has everything needed to cook food even the frying pan had seen better days. Food we fry get easy stucked but no big deal. The bathroom is nice with okey water pressure. No problem if you like warm water. One little thing is lack of a lamp above the mirror. Hard to see when you shave when dark outside. The balcony is big with a great view over the ocean and with a small table and chairs. We had breakfast there ever morning and also many dinners and we really love sitting there. The bed is big and cozy. No problem at all with the signal to WiFi. The router is in the room. Good speed also. Ivy and Dennis is great landlords. Super nice and friendly and always helped out when we asked for things. Have in mind there are quite many steps up to the room. We have been staying here two times and we will for sure return again.

The host is super friendly. His caretaker is so approachable. Always available when we need something. The place is great. Free from noise. Beach front is walkable same as the market. The aircon is super cold and the connection is fast (Since I'm a freelancer, this is a major thumbs up from me 👍) Will definitely go back soon. ♥️

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

We stayed at Ron's place for 1 week. It was important to us that the accommodation is located in the quiet part of the island at station 3, that we like the beach best here. The place is just like in the photos and everything was super clean. The apartment is about 250 m away from the beach

A lovely, spacious home in a great location, as well as a peaceful and quiet retreat away from the hustle of the main Boracay beach. The roof top deck was a favourite spot. As the listing states, there are lots of steps and the ones leading to the house (as well as to the beach) were a bit tricky, so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues or young children. We loved our stay there. The housekeeper Marylou and manager Peter were very helpful :-)
