Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

You can reach the Captain's House at the end of this street via an absolutely quiet private road. A tastefully decorated house for 8 people awaits you. The real wood floor and the high-quality equipment will delight you. In addition to a sauna, our large outdoor hot tub, two fireplaces, one in the living room and a fireplace in the master bedroom await you. Enjoy the lake view from the balcony on the 2nd floor, as well as from the spacious terrace. The lakeshore and the forest area are around the corner.

- My house in the countryside -

Hello, the house offers plenty of space, it is located about 5 km from the air spa town Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals ( sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a hangover ) -> IMPORTANT -> the price is for 2 adults + 1 child up to 3 years Unfortunately, I am unable to enter a supplement on Airbnb based on age and length of stay.

Ferienhaus Boddenbrise is located in the center of Ribnitz-Damgarten. With about 90squaremeters, it can accommodate 4-6 people. Since August 2021, we are pleased to welcome guests. On the lower ground floor is the large living room with dining table and unique views of the Bodden, as well as a cozy sofa bed. From the kitchen you come directly to the Courtyard of the Boddenbrise. In the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom.

We made a dream come true with this lakefront house Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake view. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access so work well. There are 2 nearby golf courses and 3 nature reserves with many excursion destinations.
